Best stay in Grindelwald! Center of everything. Great view of Eiger in our room and breakfast. Super Perfect stay with Best POOL view! Bucket list stay in Switzerland. Price is quite expensive but super worth it. Get the Eiger View Rooms and Adore the Views! Best family Stay. The downside is the shower. Its still old school. So for PWD or Oldies pls beware you might fall.

酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

Almost Perfect Stay at Hotel Alpenhof Absolutely stunning mountain view from the balcony of our suite. So breathtaking yet so serene. About 10 min walk down hill brings us to lively village of Grindelwald with all its shops n restaurants n cafes n supermarket. Cannot ask for a better location. Having said that, without a car, it can be quite challenging to take our luggages uphill to the hotel. Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. Fantastic selection of cheeses n eggs n bread n yogurt n everything. Delicious. Our suite is clean n comfortable n spacious. WiFi is stable. The only “negative” I have for our 4-night stay is that the glasses/mugs we used in our room were occasionally not cleaned for us after each day. It is a bit strange. All in all, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other travelers.

Great stay at Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald! Super convenient location just next to the train station. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches — there’s a microwave, free coffee, and kettles available, so you can easily heat up food and eat comfortably in the breakfast area, which many hotels don’t offer. Practical and guest-friendly!

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

Anche se il tempo non ha funzionato molto durante il mio soggiorno, il servizio fantastico dell'hotel è più che previsto per questo. Il design interno dell'hotel è semplicemente stupendo. Il servizio in questo hotel è davvero eccezionale. I membri del personale sono attenti, amichevoli, e vanno oltre e sopra per assicurare agli ospiti una memorabile esperienza. Enjoyed our stay. We did not realize trip.con enforces rule communication must be done in trip.com, so we were late to provide important information for late check-in. Luckily the trip.com call works, we managed to contact the hostel. The hostel provided a very detailed information how to perform late check-in after reception close. They have 2 buildings, old building and new building. We stayed at new building, but most of the amenities like kettles, microwaves and fridge are in old building. So it's a bit inconvenient to walk over especially in cold weather.

Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

Very good location. The room come with very nice view. You can enjoy your dinner with the mountain view.
