UUtente anonimo到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，衹有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悦該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

UUtente ospiteWas very tired wanted a little rest from home, asked for late check out to catch up on sleep. Regular check out is 11:00 AM we were granted 12:30 PM. At 9:15 AM housekeeping was on the floor banging doors very loud, speaking loudly and knocking on doors while guests were not ready to leave. They had a fire drill and that came with audio music like in the room was very loud and unpleasant. First time experiencing this maybe it’s a protocol.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

DDavidThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

PPleseyThe facilities and location are great. The hotel is right downtown with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, including a coffee maker and mini fridge. There is also a shared laundry and microwave room in the building if you are planning to stay longer.

UUtente ospiteQuando sembra Radisson Blu, la gente potrebbe pensare ad un hotel 4-star, ma la mia esperienza con Radisson Blu non è stata così divertente. La malcomunicazione è iniziata dal momento che siamo entrati. Il Trip.com ha detto che possiamo avere un buffet colazione con $25 per persona, ma quando le hanno chiesto, hanno detto che è una la carta e devono pagare al ristorante. Mi hanno chiesto di inviare un e-mail per confermare che le informazioni sul colazione sono accurate come menzionato in trip.com purtroppo nessuno ha risposto al mio e-mail fino alle ore di colazione ( 8-11am ) e non abbiamo avuto colazione al mattino.
La stanza è buona. Non è così eccitante come suona come Radisson Blu. Ho avuto esperienza di soggiornare in Radisson blu in altri paesi, ma la qualità della stanza che avevano non è nemmeno simile a Radisson blu toronto centro. La stanza a Radisson blu toronto è come un hotel casuale. La macchina del caffè era davvero sporca. Quando ci lamentavamo al divano frontale, non mandava alcuna sostituzione. Un'altra cosa è che non sono stati forniti kit dentali come dovrebbe essere fornita in tutti i 4 hotel a stelle. Dopo aver richiesto al desk front, ci inviano kit dentali come un'ora dopo.
Quando ho controllato la signora del desk, era una allenata.Gli ho mostrato la foto della macchina del caffè sporco e ho spiegato la nostra insoddisfazione. Ha detto che non poteva fare alcuna compensazione perché la stanza era prepagata. In cambio mi ha offerto una bottiglia d'acqua per il nostro viaggio 😄.Voglio dire, non ho bisogno di una bottiglia d'acqua come compensazione. Poi mi ha offerto che il parcheggio sarebbe in casa. Ora, sto aspettando il ritorno del mio deposito di sicurezza $100.
A parte quella posizione dell'hotel è molto freddo e conveniente. Solo nel cuore della città. La torre CN era visibile proprio dalla finestra della nostra camera.
Considerato tutto ciò che non soddisfa lo standard di un hotel 4-star.

UUtente ospiteThe location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.

HHow Hua James ThianPersonale della reception molto disponibile e commovente. Cerca sempre di fare del suo meglio per aiutare e rispondere alle mie numerose domande, ad esempio come muoversi con Uber, autobus pubblici, treno dal punto A al punto B nell'area di Toronto. La stanza viene pulita ogni giorno da una donna delle pulizie laboriosa. Mia moglie e io ci siamo goduti il soggiorno.
