Come famiglia di tre, abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno all'hotel, io sicuramente prenotare di nuovo. Molto vicino al shopping e autostrada 417. Hotel situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Desidero ringraziare il signor Soheil alla ricezione, che è stato molto gentile e utile.Il colazione è stato anche molto buono, inclusi pasti caldi/ freddi e fluidi.

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Location & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing. Room & Amenities The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout. Dining & Service The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure. Verdict A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza qui - la stanza era spaziosa, mentre siamo stati aggiornati in una stanza preferita in angolo gratuito. L'hotel aveva un problema WiFi quando ci siamo iscritti, ma il ricevitore Todd era estremamente utile e ci ha dato consigli per il cibo vicino mentre ci aspettavamo di poter iscritto. La posizione stessa è centrale e vicina al mercato, ma ci sono piuttosto pochi individui che lottano con la salute mentale, l'assedio e le questioni di dipendenza che tendono a rimanere nella zona. La sala da giardino è nuova con una vista magnifica e dispone di una piscina alberghiera e una sauna, nonché di servizi di lavanderia. Il personale dell'hotel era sempre estremamente utile e accogliente, e andava oltre e sopra per renderci confortevoli durante il soggiorno con piccoli contatti come l'acqua extra. Si consiglia di restare qui di nuovo sulla base della comodità della stanza, della vista, e anche il servizio incredibile e amichevole.

Where to begin... first of all, when I made this booking, there was no mention whatsoever of HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION beginning every day at 7 a.m. Naturally upon checking in, I'm informed that there is intense construction happening right next door. And yes, it was brutal. I also SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because there was an option to reserve now, pay at the hotel. Here are some direct quotes from my booking confirmation email: ”You'll need to pay upon check-in at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” ”Your payment will be handled by Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” and ”Pay at Hotel.” Sure enough, I get there, and the money's already been taken out of my credit card and I owe nothing to the hotel upon check-in. (This matters for reimbursement purposes at the company I work for.) Lastly, I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would be visiting every third day -- that was fine by me. But the very first day, I come back to my room after a long day and someone's been there, replacing towels, removing the minimal garbage in there, etc., which I was not at all prepared for given that I was advised the opposite. It made me extremely uncomfortable because all of my personal effects were left throughout the room, not expecting housekeeping given that I was advised no housekeeping would be coming until the third day. I'll be honest, that creeped me out as someone travelling alone. The staff were apologetic but I didn't find their explanation at all sufficient. (The housekeeping manager and front desk attendant completely contradicted each other.) Overall, such a chaotic stay. Oh, and, the heat in my room didn't work. Had to request a space heater... I mean, c'mon.

Sicurezza: è vicino a un rifugio sicuro per l’iniezione, quindi non importa cosa sia mattina o notte essere attenti non camminare da soli! Le persone si siedono/passeggiano/passeggiano intorno all’area che mi ha un po’ spaventato. Parcheggio: Non hanno abbastanza parcheggio, quando ero lì per controllare alle 4: mi è stato detto che il parcheggio era pieno. Devo parcheggiare altrove. Mi consigliano di andare in un parcheggio vicino (che sembra stupendo e la gente ha detto che le auto sono rotte la scorsa settimana) La mia auto non era una macchina di lusso, quindi ho avuto fortuna, immagino. Colazione: può essere davvero piena di gente durante il colazione. Non abbastanza sedere. Tuttavia, la cena era buona!

Grande posto per soggiornare bello e pulito non lontano dal centro. Parcheggio privato e camera per 3 persone è grande con una grande cucina. Sicuramente consiglio. Prezzo è anche conveniente.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

Mejor elija otro hotel. El barrio en el que está.... El desayuno es una bolsita de papel con un pequeño yogurt, una magdalena y un pequeño tetrabrik de zumo y te vas para tu habitación. En las fotos del hotel se ve una sala para desayunar pero que no funciona. La insonorización de la habitación es nula, se oye a los otros huéspedes. Cerca tienes sitios donde comer y un supermercado.
