Hotel con colazione a Gold Coast

Always a good trip to Royal pines , larger crowd this year than previous so buffet Brekky was packed if you didn’t get in early (still ran pretty smoothly tho) Would recommend bringing your own pillow if your a fussy sleeper like myself, their pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s only a preference thing. Food & drinks are pricey but plenty of other options nearby if you don’t want to spend the extra money. No foxtel in rooms so bring an Apple TV if you can. Rooms were clean and spacious, room service is quick and friendly. Gym is amazing if your into that as well and the pool is always a winner 🙌🏽 Staff are amazing ! Enjoyed our stay and will be back again in

A totally perfect stay, from the moment of checking in to the day of returning home.  Nice room, nice people, nice restaurants… just everything so great!!

There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.

Mi sento più come un hotel a stile appartamento, con microonde, frigorifero, un insieme completo di 🍽 cibo, anche lavanderia.Letto di 🛋 è pronto prima di entrare nel nostro soggiorno. Questo è molto lodevole, meno problemi di comunicazione con la ricetta all'estero e all'estero. Non c'è acqua per la confezione, ma c'è un serbatoio di riscaldamento.A parte il check-in e l'uscita, non ho mai fatto affari con il cameriere.L'hotel è almeno cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia 🏖.Il prezzo della casa non ha colazione, andiamo a un ristorante non lontano ogni giorno, e ha un buon sapore. L'hotel ha una piscina, non ha mai sperimentato, sembrava bene.

I stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach from 24 to 27 July. On the evening of 25 July, while applying body lotion as part of my normal daily routine, I noticed several small marks on my shoulder and upper inner thigh/groin area that appeared to be possible insect bites. I apply body lotion every day and am certain these marks were not present on the evening of 24 July after check-in. It was winter on the Gold Coast, and on 25 July I spent most of the day inside a shopping centre, wearing long sleeves and long trousers outdoors. I cannot say with certainty where the marks came from, but later that evening I also saw insects in the room and immediately reported the matter to the hotel. I did not want to remain in that room. I repeatedly tried to contact Trip.com because, based on previous experience, they have helped arrange alternative accommodation when hotel problems occur. Unfortunately, I could not reach Trip.com that night. The hotel told me it was fully booked and offered only two options: move to a room without air conditioning or remain in the same room after it had been cleaned. As it was late, I was overseas, and I had no practical alternative, I reluctantly accepted the temporary arrangement. That same evening, the hotel told me that I would be upgraded to another room the following day and that breakfasts on 26 and 27 July would be complimentary. Before accepting, I asked what would happen if the marks became worse. The staff did not make any promise regarding my physical condition or responsibility. They simply explained that the cleaning, room upgrade and breakfasts were “extra” goodwill gestures. I accepted based on that explanation and because I had no realistic alternative that night. The staff who initially handled my complaint were polite, professional and genuinely tried to help. My main disappointment was the hotel’s internal communication. For clarity, I paid for breakfast on 25 July myself. The hotel promised complimentary breakfasts only for 26 and 27 July, and I did not even have breakfast on 26 July. Despite this, I had to explain the same arrangement three times: 1. When collecting the key for the upgraded room on 26 July, the front desk initially said breakfast was not included. 2. On the morning of 27 July, the restaurant reception again said I needed to pay. 3. At check-out on 27 July, the front desk attempted to charge me for three breakfasts. The charges were eventually removed, but only after I explained the situation again. My criticism is not directed at individual employees, as everyone I dealt with was polite and willing to help. The real issue was the lack of communication between the department handling my complaint, the front desk and the restaurant. The location is excellent and the staff attitude was generally good, but discovering possible insect bites and insects in the room was already stressful. Having to repeat the same issue three times because the hotel’s own goodwill arrangement had not been communicated internally made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its room hygiene, complaint-handling procedures and communication between departments.

We had a wonderful stay at Q1 Service Apartment and Spa. The service was excellent, and everything was very clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. We especially loved environment — such a highlight of our stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more enjoyable. Even the little details stood out, like the shampoo, which smelled amazing. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again!

It's difficult to review the Mantra Sun City. It's a story of highs and lows. The property is well designed, and well equipped with excellent pools and fun things to do onsite. Then - on the other hand - the coffee shop and bar is barely open which I suspect might be fuelling a downward sprial of lower patronage ＞ fewer hours ＞ lower patronage. We were very surprised to be asked on arrival to pay an additional $20 per day for parking. Several other recent reviews also state surprise at the unexpected parking charge - so beware! I believe Mantra needs to sort this out with the platform who took my accommodation on their behalf. Our one bedroom seaveiw apartment is similarly difficult to review. It was spacious, fabulous ocean views, well designed, comfy bed, quality body wash and moisturiser. So most of the important stuff done very nicely and absolutely enjoyable. But there were a number of easily avoidable shortfalls that made it umfortable like there being only 4 of everything crockery and cutlery, only 1 champagne flute, and not enough to keep things clean in a self-catering apartment. None of the shortfalls were enough to not recommend Mantra Sun City as a place to stay. Just come a little bit prepared.

Great Very Clean Hotel, Close to everything and the beach is drivable. Room service was wonderful with a great variety of food options when your on a busy schedule. 24 hour check in / check out for ease when travelling. Will Stay again.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, il letto era incredibilmente comodo, e la posizione era grande. L'unico svantaggio era il trasporto, che poteva essere un po'picchiato o perso, e le tariffe erano talvolta piuttosto costose, quindi è qualcosa da tenere in mente. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, accogliente e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza, e ci ha sorpreso di essere stato aggiornato con un complimento, che ha reso la nostra visita ancora più speciale. Per scongiurare, darono al mio ragazzo un cioccolato per il suo compleanno, che era un gesto così pensativo e lo fece. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e saremmo stati felici di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Hi my husband and I have 5 kids,we don't stay away by ourselves much. So i decided to book a ”5 star” for us to enjoy. This was a Valentines day. CLEANLINESS: Honestly first impression while waiting to check in,i could see dirty glasses and plates left on tables,there were marble tables with ornaments that hadn't been wiped over for some time. Walking upto room and smell damp. Walking to breakfast and looking out big windows to pool and there were 6 to 8 towels along window sill,looking like stop leakage. LOCATION: Depends on your interests,health/fitness. Close to wall for fishing Plenty of great bike/foot paths Beautiful swimming Close by If your here to party,it's a very long walk back,but only $50 for taxi. Beach very close,Surf club,shops short distance. Overall great position if u don't want to be in town. SERVICE: Majority of staff were very friendly. Bar staff terrible, 2 cocktails,$50, making it was very sloppy,taste was not real nice couldn't taste alcohol and looked like short glass of cold coffee,no presentation. AMENITIES: Didn't get a chance to check out amenities,couldn't get late check out. Had to pay an extra $40 each for all u can eat for breakfast,which I wouldn't of eaten much more than $10 worth.
