Poiché ci siamo trasferiti molte notti, ci sono stati offerti 1 colazione a buffet, nonché alcuni trattamenti/presenti il nostro secondo giorno ... Veramente bello esperienza con il personale caldo e accogliente. Le strutture sono grandi e la posizione è perfetta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e molte fermate di autobus! 
Il prezzo è anche molto ragionevole, considerando tutto ciò che è incluso.

Leo Hwang, il receptionist, mi ha offerto un buono omaggio per la colazione perché avevo visto un'offerta più economica sul sito web dell'hotel, quindi è stato onesto e comprensivo con il cliente. Grazie ancora.
La moquette dell'undicesimo fiore è un disastro per un hotel a 4 stelle, mi sono sentita male perché ero incinta, è una vergogna per il proprietario!

The location is great and the service is excellent. COEX Mall and Starfield Library are just in front of the hotel. It is also very convenient since it is near the train station entrance and bus stops.

We stayed at Shilla Stay Gwanghwamun for 3 days and 2 nights, and later booked another 2 days and 1 night after our staycation at Nami Island.

• Front desk service: The staff spoke English well and were very accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage during our Nami Island trip since we had another booking at the same hotel.
• Room quality: The room was clean and spacious. However, I personally didn’t like the wooden floor—it felt a bit uncomfortable to walk on without room slippers.
• Location: The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance to Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace, and close to several subway stations.
• Food options nearby: Plenty of choices, from traditional Korean BBQ to fast food like Burger King. Just note that many restaurants close around 9–10 PM.


✨ Overall: A convenient city hotel with friendly staff, good service, and easy access to major attractions. The luggage storage service was especially helpful for our trip planning.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi sono divertito.
Le camere sono ben pulite e dispongono di vasche da bagno, cosa di cui sono soddisfatto.

C'è un minimarket accanto e un parcheggio, quindi è molto comodo.
Dato che si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Gangnam, questo hotel è consigliato a coloro che cercano shopping o gite di bellezza.

Ho preso in prestito un telo da bagno dalla reception il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno.
Sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che gli asciugamani da bagno erano esauriti e sono arrivati ​​così tanti asciugamani per il viso. lol

Shilla Stay used to be a high end hotel chain in Seoul and all over Korea. Unfortunately, today they are outdated and the location is the unique highlight.

We tried the buffet breakfast and it was very sad
Poor coffee (in Seoul!). And no fresh fruit except some brownish bananas.

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is superb. 
They allowed us for early check in as we arrived early morning, it was very helpful for us because we didn’t have to wait till 3PM to rest while we were already tired from an overnight flight!
Thank you Shilla Stay Seodaemun. We will be back!

At check-in it was very welcoming 
Unfortunately Staffs working there weren't very informative Couldn't give me answers about making local phone calls from room even i was willing to pay if they had to, I end up using taxi drivers phone to confirm reservations. 
And asked to check out late till 4 or 5pm but they had to charge full amount and when I was there to check out, front staff asked 10000 Korean Won more, $7-$10  would not make much difference but than why i feel i was overcharged and that made me feel unpleasant 
I expected good food here but it wasn't fascinaingt or any special.
Worst of all when I was off from taxi or getting taxi, men working(doormen) outside would not call taxi for me nor help handling my bags or luggage
Very different from most of other hotel in Korea
Am I going to use any of Silla Hotel service?

The stay was comfortable, but the bed was a little small for a single person, and the queen-size bed was also a bit small. It's near a shopping street with lots of food options. There are also shops around that area. Beside the hotel is a convenience store. Something interesting about the hotel's car park is that it's usually full at night. There will be a car park attendant there to direct your parking to different spots, which are not part of the designated lots. At least we had a space to park, I guess.

Non c'era nessun ristorante disponibile per cena, solo il fine settimana, così aveva anche ordinato la consegna di cibo. Tuttavia, il colazione è disponibile. La pressione dell'acqua era molto bassa che non potevo davvero lavarmi i capelli medi lunghi. Ci sono voluti venti minuti per arrivare all'aeroporto alle 8:00, che è stato un bum, perché l'hotel è chiamato hotel aeroportuale. 
In generale, molto medio.

Dall'aeroporto, ho preso l'autobus numero 1 fino alla stazione di Haeundae e l'hotel è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La posizione è davvero ottima! Mi hanno assegnato una camera con vista mare, così ogni mattina mi svegliavo con il panorama dell'oceano. Questo Shilla è più orientato al business, non lussuoso ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il famoso granchio marinato è proprio accanto, a soli due minuti a piedi. È anche molto vicino alla via pedonale, il che è comodo per fare shopping. La stazione della metropolitana è a circa 7 minuti a piedi. Nel complesso, lo consiglio vivamente! E c'è anche un'ottima panetteria che vende panini ai fagioli rossi proprio sotto l'hotel.
