This was my first stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and spacious.
My only concern was that I had requested a room away from the elevator, but I was assigned Room 1034 directly next to it. The noise from guests using the elevator and passing by the room affected my stay.
Overall, a good stay, but I hope room requests can be better accommodated in the future.

We stayed at Meriton Suites Kent Street and really enjoyed the location and apartment-style setup. We chose it mainly because it included a kitchenette, washing machine, and more of a home-style layout rather than just a standard hotel room, which made our three-night stay much more comfortable.

The location was excellent, close to Chinatown, making it easy to explore local restaurants, markets, and the seafood market, while still being within walking distance of Sydney’s main attractions and landmarks.

The hotel itself was functional and suited us well. We actually liked not having daily cleaning service, as it gave us more privacy and made the stay feel more relaxed and independent. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Meriton Suites Campbell Street. The location was a major highlight — close to everything we needed and offering some great views from the apartment. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, making it feel more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room.
Just a few minor things kept it from a perfect 5, but nothing that took away from an overall excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Meriton and was impressed with the overall quality and comfort. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, Meriton offered excellent comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return again in the future.

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved.

The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out.

However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing.

That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

Overall, our stay was decent, but a few areas need attention. Upon checking in, we noticed the room was a bit dusty and the linen was dirty. Additionally, because there was no daily room service to replenish supplies, the amenities provided were insufficient for a group of 6 staying for two days. Aside from these housekeeping issues, everything else was fine.

Everything was great! The only thing the hotel should consider is the gym’s closing hours. It closes at 10pm, as many guests return to the hotel late and do not have enough time to use the facilities.
The living and dining areas are spacious, the king-size bed is comfortable, both bathrooms are well-maintained, and this hotel includes a nice coffee machine too. Will definitely stay again during my visit to Sydney!

The location was good.
In terms of kindness, a Korean employee at the front desk, ”SUMIN,” she was very kind.
The cleaning conditions were not good. On the 3rd or 4th day, the towel was replaced and cleaned, but the bedding was not replaced.
And I paid the AUD203.32 amount in advance at check-in and said I would refund it at check-out, but it's already been 3 days, but I can't refund it

The hotel is tidy and the front desk is very helpful and friendly. We only stay for a night but they let us store our luggages for two days and stay at their lobby during midnight.

Ottimo ubicazione – molto vicino alla stazione mascotte e alla fermata degli autobus
Camere moderne e pulite – La mia camera era spaziosa con una bella vista, un comodo letto di dimensioni reali e una doccia pioggia.
Grande servizio – Il personale del desk front was friendly

Our stay had a minor hiccup at check-in due to a system billing discrepancy, as the amount requested by the hotel was higher than what was confirmed on my app. Unfortunately, the front desk team wasn't able to adjust the rates directly from their end, which required me to contact Trip.com support myself.
Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service handled the situation beautifully and promptly. They quickly coordinated with the hotel management to clear up the misunderstanding and confirmed that the overcharged difference would be fully refunded. I am currently waiting for the refund to process, but I deeply appreciate Trip.com's swift and helpful intervention to ensure a pleasant stay.

Mi piaceva l'aria e il fatto che il primo tazzale era latte nel frigorifero, tutte le comodità di casa con vista sul fiume.
