The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the hotel amenities are old and could not cope with the heat wave hitting Europe during our stay. The 1st room assigned to us, it's Aircon couldn't work. But hotel was able to immediate change us to another room.

On last day of our stay, that room's aircon also broke down. The hotel brought in a fan to help us deal with the heat.

We stayed in the Master Suite and it was absolutely fantastic—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. It really had everything we could possibly need. We ran into a small hiccup at check-in where the kids' bed wasn't made up (not sure if that was a mix-up on the hotel's end or via Trip.com), but the staff handled it perfectly. It was sorted out in no time, and honestly, you often see the true quality of a hotel by how they handle these little things. In this case, the service was top-notch.

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a huge variety and everything tasted great. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the dinner at one of the restaurants. It just didn't quite reach the same high standard as everything else in the hotel. That being said, it was still a very successful stay and we had a wonderful time. Recommended!
