My stay at Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake far exceeded my expectations, with its superb location being the biggest highlight. Located in the central Hubin area, the hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from West Lake. Taking a leisurely stroll along the lakeside to enjoy the scenery is wonderfully relaxing, and attractions including Broken Bridge and Hubin Fountain are all conveniently nearby.

Adjacent to Intime in77 shopping complex, the hotel allows easy walking access to shopping malls and various restaurants, providing one-stop shopping, dining and leisure fun. Trips are effortless and time-efficient, and convenient metro lines make traveling across downtown Hangzhou completely hassle-free.

The hotel’s service is impeccable. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous, finishing check-in procedures swiftly while kindly introducing the hotel’s amenities and benefits. Housekeeping responds quickly and deals with every request properly and promptly. The concierge team is thoughtful and meticulous, showing great professionalism and consideration at every turn, making my stay comfortable and reassuring throughout.

The rooms are clean and elegant with an excellent sense of comfort, offering quiet tranquility amid the busy neighborhood, perfect for sightseeing and resting alike. This hotel is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou and greatly upgrades the whole travel experience. I’m thankful for this pleasant stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Brought my little sister who is visiting China to stay here as a staycation and it’s got a wonderful vibe at night during May spring evenings. We ate dinner outside at the restaurant and took a nice stroll around Jinsha lake at night. It was really lovely, the room that we stayed in had a bit more wear and tear this time around but everything was neat and tidy. The housekeepers are pleasant and cheerful when you meet them in hallways. It was a lovely stay.

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 lovely nights at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row during our family trip to the nation’s capital, and it turned out to be the ideal choice for our little family of three. Located in the charming Embassy Row neighborhood, the hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Farragut North Metro Station, allowing us to easily reach iconic spots like the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the White House, which were perfect for our curious 5-year-old.
We booked a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The room was impeccably clean, with bright, modern decor and soft lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming after long days of sightseeing. The plush beds ensured we all slept well, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for our son, who tends to wake up early with sunlight. There were plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime, and the room had enough space for him to play a little without feeling cramped.
What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, especially for a young child. The staff was incredibly warm and patient; they greeted our son by name after the first day and even gave him a small toy as a welcome gift, which made him feel so special. There were also convenient coffee stations in the lobby, perfect for a quick pick-me-up before we headed out to explore the city with our little one.
The complimentary Canopy bikes were a fun activity for our family—our son loved riding in the child seat while my wife and I cycled around the quiet, tree-lined streets of Embassy Row. The concierge was also very helpful, recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at the museums, which made our trip much smoother.
Overall, our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful, family-focused service made our DC trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Canopy by Hilton Embassy Row to any family traveling with a young child—we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. We will definitely return on our next family trip to Washington DC.

Ci siamo divertiti molto nel febbraio del nostro soggiorno a The Canopy. I dipendenti erano molto amici e andavano oltre e oltre l'eccellente servizio. Uno dei funzionari del dipartimento frontale uscì dalla sua strada per aiutarci quando siamo tornati a casa per qualche lavoro di costruzione. In realtà, lei era fuori per guardarci. Noi consigliamo molto di rimanere a The Canopy! Era molto pulito e soddisfaceva perfettamente le nostre esigenze! Grande posizione e ci piaceva essere sull'acqua. C'è un fermo di navetta appena al di sopra dell'hotel che ha reso facile andare in giro. Ci siamo divertiti a camminare intorno a DC! Abbiamo GOduto il nostro soggiorno!! Grazie a Patrick e ai meravigliosi uomini del desk front, così come ai amici custodi! Ci saremo di nuovo!! 🥰

Molto interessante e ben organizzato.
