Good value for the location. The gym is quite tight. The front desk service (after a couple of stays) is wildly uneven. The good news is that at least one crew is really good: attentive, courteous, good communicators. The downside is at least two of the other crews are not so much in my experience of using their service and observing it.

Amore la comodità di questo hotel e è molto pulito. Tutti sono molto amichevoli e utile e c'è un tunnel a piedi proprio al mio terminale dall'aeroporto. Sicuramente consiglio di rimanere qui e il ristorante è anche molto delizioso.

Qualsiasi cosa nelle strutture della stanza è fondamentalmente simile a Wynn di Las Vegas, come a Macao.Anche l'inglese è più grande del cinese sui pannolini per lavastoviglie.Questo prezzo è abbastanza buono per il prezzo dello stesso hotel a Boston. Ma il cibo dell'hotel è inconveniente, e molti dei suoi appassionati sono anche un po'di problemi.La qualità del personale della reception è scarsa.I dipendenti sono buoni all'inizio, e più tardi i dipendenti sono molto poveri

Durante un recente viaggio in autunno a New England, abbiamo trovato questo hotel il più comodo di tutti i nostri alloggi, abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel privati e con bandiere (incluso Marriott) e questo hotel era tra tutti. Il personale era grande e accogliente, la nostra stanza era pulita, tranquilla, senza segni ovvi di manutenzione rinviata (in camera o sulla proprietà). L'hotel dispone di un ristorante sul posto che serve un buffet per colazione, composto da entrate calde e una selezione di menu per cena. L'hotel ha mostrato coerenza in personale amichevole, alloggi confortevoli e ambiente generale che siamo diventati abituati a da Marriott.

La stanza era tranquilla, ben dimensionata e ben decorata. Non si può battere l'ubicazione se si deve essere a Harvard Square. I ristoranti e i bar dell'hotel sono carini, il personale è amichevole, la manutenzione è buona, i lati inferiori: la mattress era completamente svuotato e io potevo dormire solo su un lato del letto. Anche loro hanno controllato un altro ospite nella mia stanza, che ho scoperto quando ha aperto la porta e si è camminata alle 11:00 (per sorpresa), per un hotel di grande premio, entrambi erano inaccettabili. La prossima volta risparmiero'200-400 dollari per notte e restero' nei molti hotel a due stelle della zona.

L'hotel di Boston ha una buona posizione nella città di Boston. Il servizio clienti dell'hotel era buono e amichevole. Non c'erano servizi alimentari e solo bevande. Tuttavia l'hotel non era abbastanza pulito. C'era un brutto odore nella stanza. Il telaio della stanza era vecchio, il filtro del vento sopra il forno non era pulito, con punti di acqua nera.

Molto utile personale, c'è anche una navetta che vi porta alle stazioni di treni e autobus vicino, che è stato molto utile! Il servizio di manutenzione viene solo il quarto giorno che hanno detto ora è il protocollo per tutti gli hotel, il colazione è decente anche se preferivo avere più opzioni, soprattutto nel formaggio 😅 tutto il resto era molto bello, è pulito e la stanza era spaziale, tutti erano disposti ad aiutare, lo consiglio molto :)

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.

L'hotel è pulito con la comodità e la qualità che abbiamo aspettato al Marriott Courtyard, ma, mio caro, il rumore stradale è alto e incessante. Viviamo su una strada di contea occupata a New Jersey con traffico 24-hour ma in nostra stanza, affrontando l'autostrada in questo hotel, il rumore stradale è il più alto che abbiamo mai vissuto. Siamo sommergibili, ma nessuna app di rumore bianco o il fan del bagno si avvicina a mascherarlo abbastanza per dormire. Grande consiglio: chiedere una stanza che si trova di fronte AWAY dall'autostrada. Concordo anche con una precedente recensione. Quando entrate in camera vi salutate con 2 grandi bottiglia d'acqua ciascuna contenente un ginorme $6 tag prezzo. In realtà, Courtyard? Chiunque marketing strategista suggerisce questo come una tecnica di vendita up non conosce la vostra marca. Come ha detto l'ex revisore, “senti come un pozzo nell'occhio”.

Four Points Wakefield MA has become my monthly go to hotel since June of 2022. I have made this my regular destination for work travel while staying in the Boston area for the week. This location is ideal for easy access to all major highways and my clients north and south of Boston. The main reason I keep coming back is because of their people, they are industry difference makers. Front Office Manager Ed, Steven, Mike, Alyssa in the restaurant and Nadia in Guest Services are some of the most exemplary staff I have ever encountered. Some of which have been come good friends. In walking distance to Four Points is Market Street, an upscale outdoor retail and dining masterpiece. Market Street has some of the best local restaurants in one place, to name a few of my regular favs...Davio's, Burton's and Legal C Bar. There is also an Apple Store if you in a tech pinch while on travel. I would highly recommend Four Points Wakefield for any short or longer term stay. It's has become my home away from home. Their new on-site gym will be ready soon, I can't wait! Keep up the great work Ed and Team you are all doing the right thing, thank you for making your Four Points a highly consistent and reliable place to stay. I look forward to seeing you all next week.
