La cena del cioccolato Tata è molto buona e il servizio è buono.La porta dell'hotel non ha un taxi, deve essere usata da Uber.La sala fitness e la partizione di Equinox al terzo piano. C'è un lavabo pulito alla porta della sala fitness che può prendere i vestiti il giorno dopo.L'unico collegamento Wi-Fi ha un problema, anche se ho provato a comunicare con il retro per due giorni.

Il piacere di rimanere qui il fine settimana superbowl. La posizione è fantastica e le attrazioni erano favolose. Ci sono una stanza a vapore e una sauna, insieme a un tubo caldo e piscina che guarda il parco. Ogni membro del personale era molto gentile e disposto a andare a un miglio di distanza per far sentire gli ospiti importanti. Mi piaceva andare al caffè ogni mattina e i barista erano felici e piacevoli di interagire con. La stanza era molto pulita e accogliente. Il letto era un sogno, se avessi l'opportunità di rimanere di nuovo, lo farei in un battito cardiaco.

Il servizio è anche molto buono. Paolo è una zia cinese. Ci siamo incontrati e abbiamo incontrato.La ricetta dell'hotel ha fortemente raccomandato il ristorante italiano dell'hotel. Mi ha sempre detto sorprendente, che è il miglior ristorante italiano di Boston. Purtroppo sono troppo stanco. Non voglio il codice di abbigliamento e poi si sieda nel ristorante per due ore per mangiare ... Mi dispiace, ho la prossima volta la possibilità di riempire il cappuccio

Non rispondere telefono lobby come ho detto al primo abbiamo cercato di chiamare lobby così tante volte per i servizi. ( Carr, acqua, ecc) ma NO risposta Ogni volta che ho bisogno, ho dovuto andare a Downstairs. (Fino all'anno scorso? Eravate così buoni! Dopo l'estate di quest'anno, credo che voi non avete risposto a nessuna domanda) Terzo. Questo è grande!!Abbiamo fatto un volo la mattina prossima, quindi abbiamo prenotato il vostro hotel come al solito, ma abbiamo una stanza di connessione che non sapevo nemmeno quando ci siamo iscritti. Stavamo per dormire circa le 12 e abbiamo sentito qualche grirrrrrrrrrrrrrr pensavo che A/C aveva qualche problema e abbiamo capito che abbiamo sentito qualcuno snobando la nostra porta!!!! E non potevamo dormire per tutta la notte per andare all'aeroporto la mattina prossima .... Sono così arrabbiata... abbiamo pagato per una notte a 5 stelle per un hotel e nessun sonno... nessun comfort c'è differenza di 80 dollari inn fuori. Quindi l'ho fatto il giorno dopo quando ho controllato. C'è una signora che mi ha aiutato a controllare che mi ha detto che non può fare nulla con esso ma mi darà l'indirizzo di posta elettronica del manager, così posso reclamarli attraverso di loro Ma Email è anche sbagliato! Che peggiore esperienza mai Quest'anno sono stati tutti anni di buone esperienze. Guarda dove stai in camera.

Stayed for 28 days in this HOTEL. Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job… I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing… I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Boston… YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked in… I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And that’s the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN i surely will be back in this place…. Good location… good food… good value for money and above all the warm approach of the front desk and the willingness to help TOPS IT ALL…

This location was excellent for experiencing many of the historic sites in Boston. A short walk to Boston Common, and many great dining options within walking distance. Overnight parking is a bit steep ($60/night). The valet and front desk staff were all pleasant to speak to, respectful and kind. The room itself has one of the heaviest doors I've ever had to use in a hotel. Really takes some muscle! Despite this, the door didn't block the hallway sound, especially since we were right across from the ice maker. The room was small but not unreasonable. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, but it was awkwardly placed on the floor next to the desk. It stuck out from the space so was odd. There was no microwave, but a shared microwave near the ice maker. There was a desk and chair, as well as a couple of drawers. The closet was small, but had an ironing board and iron, as well as a luggage holder. The bathroom was small, and had a sliding door, which we did not like at all. All sound was heard, which is not pleasant. There also was no exhaust fan. The slider into the shower was very narrow to enter. The water pressure was good, but it was very easy to get water everywhere in this bathroom. There was a good amount of counter space for us to set our things, as well as an outlet for hair products. The TV was large and worked well for us. There is no included breakfast, but there is breakfast offered onsite for a fee. We had the Saturday breakfast buffet for $26/person. We had custom made omelets, as well as waffles and bagels. Lots of options, with serving staff to bring beverages and anything else you may need. A little steep in the cost, but a good breakfast. This was our first visit to Boston, and will probably be the last one we take driving on our own, so having the option to park and walk to places was welcome.

Grazie speciali a Chovi al desk front. La signora di notte era molto riuscita a risolvere il problema per noi. La signora di notte era anche molto riuscita a risolvere il problema. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto il suo nome. Si consiglierebbe di rimanere lì sulla base dei loro grandi servizi ospiti. Anche se una delle aree di miglioramento potrebbe essere la qualità del colazione.

Per un hotel così bello, la stanza deve essere aggiornata. I servizi di uscita nella mia stanza non funzionavano, in particolare i 2 più vicini al mio letto. Ho dovuto correre il mio cordone di estrazione attraverso la stanza con la grande lampada per ottenere il mio dispositivo medico per lavorare. Il bagno può usare un aggiornamento. Non ho potuto chiudere il pop-up.Grazie!JORGE

Il servizio è normale. Il timone è come il grande hotel del principe di Tóquio. Non c'è senso di lusso. (un po'di lusso nel bagno vicino alla reception.) La posizione è molto buona perché è vicino alla stazione, vicino all'opera e ai luoghi pubblici di Boston. Questa è l'immagine di un bel hotel commerciale. La casa も Liji です. Le strutture di comodità non hanno denti o tracce. (sotto le 4 stelle degli Stati Uniti) Se lo dici alla reception, ti sarà consegnato. E'molto bello avere una ciambella. Jim scende dal sesto piano E'stato piu' lontano, chiuso e non utilizzato. Voglio vivere di nuovo!Non sono andato.
