Great hotel in Sea Port area of Boston. 12 minutes walk to Downtown. There are many nice restaurants and bars around the area. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious. Would stay here again!

I enjoyed staying here! It was so nice and the service was great, food and drinks were great too. Definitely get your moneys worth!

We ate at Lifted on the 5th floor. The food and service were excellent!

My favorite Boston area hotel. Hands down. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The bell and valet services are convenient, accommodating, and so kind. Also, the best Chai latte I’ve ever had at the coffee shop!

During my stay, a series of elaborate meetings transpired over the course of multiple days. The hotel lobby resonated with animated discussions amongst the distinguished gentlemen, creating a bustling atmosphere. The small coffee shop, bustling with patrons, proved to be rather cramped and cacophonous. Regrettably, a request for room service went unfulfilled, leaving me quite taken aback given the esteemed reputation of this hotel brand. Should I find myself in Boston again, I shall certainly not revisit this establishment.

Very terrible experience!!! My recent stay at the hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The adjacent room hosted a loud party until 3 AM, severely disrupting my sleep due to the inadequate soundproofing. Moreover, the hotel's service system crashed during check-in, resulting in a three-hour queue. The staff's response to these issues was notably slow and lacked urgency, contributing to a very poor overall experience. This hotel's approach to customer service and problem resolution needs significant improvement.

Disrespectful to their customers.. They had a national outage of their computer systems .. Took us 2-3 hours to check in.. The worst part- lack of communication and nothing even offered to offset the major disruption!!!!

The rooms were unique. Kind of small and the bathroom situation was not ideal. Overall great location.
