Accoglienza eccezionale ,da parte di tutto lo staff..( come sempre ) Camera ampia , pulitissima e silenziosa ,letto super comodo , WiFi eccellente , accappatoio e ciabatte in camera . Scrivania con presa elettrica europea ,per poter lavorare con il PC . Tra l altro la zona e' molto tranquilla , a distanza a piedi da centro commerciale Andino , e vari ristoranti e bar .. Esperinza che consiglio .. La Manager dell Hotel ,la signora Claudia , ha sempre grande attenzione al Cliente . Grazie molte Claudia ..... Sicuramente ritornero'

L'hotel è molto buono in ogni senso, soprattutto in attenzione, che è eccellente , molto buon colazione, bar e super pulito e ben decorato. Unico difetto, il servizio di bar di Domenica chiude alle 14 hs, quindi se si arriva da un viaggio lungo, è molto scomodo.La prossima volta che si deve arrivare un Domenica cambio di hotel, da lunedì a sabato 10/10

La posizione dell'hotel è grande perché è a posto nel 93 parco, che rende più facile camminare da lì a diversi ristoranti e al parco stesso, il letto era molto comodo, il personale dell'hotel è molto bello e il colazione era buono. Perciò è un posto perfetto per stare in una zona fredda, e una cosa che non mi piaceva tanto è che le camere avevano pareti sottili, così potevo sentire ogni volta che una persona camminava in sala, chiudeva una porta o sgridava. Un'altra cosa è che le finestre erano difficili da aprire e chiudere, al punto che non potevo chiudere la finestra della stanza durante l'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno.

Modern hotel in good part of the city, although no restaurants within easy walking distance, but eating in the hotel restaurant was no problem with tasty food and good service although prices are higher when compared to restaurants elsewhere in the city. Spacious room, well designed , mini bar , safe, desk ,sofa, everything you want except control of the room temperature. We spent most of the time feeling cold in the room with no way to heat it (outside temp dropped to around 7-8C). Beds are very , very firm which is not ideal for anyone. Room pricing is very reasonable and represents good value. Caution with the breakfast buffet - our room was B&B, so we helped ourselves to the buffet only to be confronted with the manager half through our meal telling us that we had only paid for the basic breakfast and therefore needed to pay an extra 56,000pesos per person - the buffet was adequate but falls well below the offerings of 4 star hotels elsewhere. I did find pricing somewhere on the website that confirmed that full breakfast was 56k pp but I never managed to convince the manager that we should only pay the difference between basic breakfast and full breakfast , I felt cheated. One female member of staff on the front desk was very helpful and understanding and spoke good English and tried hard to help, but by this point we had decided not to use the buffet and buy food at local coffee shops close to the hotel. Our travel agent was to blame for only paying for basic breakfast but this was not explained upon check in nor were we told what we could eat without being fined. The good news was at check out when our 2 breakfasts we didn't attend were refunded giving us back approx 75K per day for 2 people, thus proving my point that we should have only paid the difference between 75K and 112K for 2 people to upgrade. Check what type of breakfast you are entitled to and there will be no problems, change the mattresses for something softer and actually plug the thermostat in the rooms into the heating/cooling system and this hotel would easily score 100%

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e sorprendente allo stesso tempo! Ho creato una pagina TripAdvisor solo per dare tutto il credito a chi ha colpito il mio soggiorno più! Ieri era il mio ultimo giorno all'hotel, i miei amici e la mia camera 834, avevamo fame e andavamo a mangiare, ma era già tardi e tutti i posti erano chiusi. Andammo al bar nel lobby, dove Edwin lavorava, ma aveva già chiuso il suo turno, non solo ci ha salutati con un viso veramente sorridente, ci ha anche fornito la sua piena attenzione e il suo servizio sorprendente!! Anche se tutti gli oggetti erano puliti e già immagazzinati nelle cabine, ha preso il tempo di prendere tutto e andato sopra e oltre per fare le nostre bevande; oltre a questo, ha chiamato anche servizio in camera per noi e siamo stati in grado di mangiare al bar!!! Merita un'innalzamento!!! Ha soggiornato con noi fino a tardi, ha messo la musica per noi, e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo! Grazie EDWIN PER CHE IL STATO NOstro Ultimo STAY Così un TIMO MEMORIABILE!!!
