The Hotel itself was ok.
We were shocked when the Hotel did not have coffee for our room.
We asked for 2 coffee but the clerk only brought 1 cause didn’t have more!!!!
Can you believe it! Colombia being the third worldwide exporter!
This happened for 2 days.
Also when we checked in, the clerk at reception made a mistake in the payment and my wife had to go down again and pay again. Same thing the day of check out, another clerk took ages to gives the bill.
The only time pleasant person was the waiter Gabriel who was kind, quick and professional.

The hotel charged twice for my staying, It has been 4 weeks but there's no reply, they don't have a claim system, nobody gives you response regarding their issue. there's only a WhatApp number and they take days to respond and nobody knows (or want to know) what to do.

I just want to say that my experience at this gem of a hotel was delightful. My first time in Bogotá and I traveled there for work with limited ability to speak Spanish. The hotel staff made me feel right at home. The Cornelia restaurant on the first floor was cozy and the meals were delicious. I had the tilapia on night one the pollo con crema on night 2 and tried some beef on night 3. Each was so tasty and served with a smile. The breakfast included traditional arepa and I loved it. To get back to the airport, they arranged a taxi and he was there 15 minutes before the time I requested so that it was a smooth transition from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend the BlueDoors and wish it great success.

-Staff is very friendly and helpful; the hotel hires well -Excellent breakfast; everything you could want (from kale salad to more traditional Colombian food) -On-site restaurant is quite good -Rooms are spacious and comfortable; high thread count sheets -Wifi is good -Having a kitchen in the room makes life in a hotel a lot less complicated

Nice hotel - well taken care of and clean. The staff at the cafe' made morning breakfast a treat - a special thanks to Mauricio making us feel at home every morning in the Cafe'

I spent 10 days here and came away with an excellent opinion. Good value for money, quality bed, very efficient wifi, efficient and friendly staff. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The bathroom mirror could be better lit. Very good experience, I already plan to return to this hotel.

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive and nice. Rooms were clean. The drinks and cocktails were very good. Food was delicious and even live music on Thursday and Friday nights.

Very conveniently located and helpful staff. The king studio is spacious with a comfy bed and nice working area. But there’s no kettle in the kitchen (feels like it’s common in Colombia) but we could use a pot to boil the water. It would be good if some cleaning stuff like wipes/cloth, washing liquid is provided in the kitchen.
