Hotel a Bogota, Colombia

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. A circa 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di El Dorado, è una buona scelta per coloro che hanno bisogno di prendere l'aereo.Ma il WiFi dell'hotel è unico per tutti, quindi la velocità di rete è molto scarsa e spesso non c'è segnale 📶

Il mio tempo a Selina era piuttosto buono! E' molto decorato con vibrazioni molto belle. Buon colazione e grande personale. Ero messo sul piano superiore e, perché pioveva, il tetto cominciò a sciogliere. Il personale mi ha offerto di trasferirmi in un altro locale, a cui mi è stato molto piacevole. Ho anche firmato per un massaggio terapeutico offerto all'ostello, ed è un MUST!!! Il mio medico era il dottor Julio González e lui era eccellente. Definitivamente resterò a Selina la prossima volta che sono a Bogota.

My second time staying at an Ibis; LOVE these properties. The rooms are very basic but you'll have what you need. The property is fun and stylish, staff was helpful (including arranging midnight airport transportation for us) and there's a full service bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of dishes; I wish hotels in the US offered breakfasts like this! The National Museum right across the street is well worth a visit and you're a short drive to Monserrate and Candelaria.

Mi piace molto il servizio della reception, dare una sensazione gentile. Ha contattato diversi receptionisti per il suo servizio è il migliore e molto intimo.Spero che la prossima volta possa tornare!

Il buono: le strutture erano buone per il prezzo, la posizione è molto buona. Il cattivo: L'attenzione. La verità è che mi aspettavo di più considerando che l'habitel premium è accanto. 1) Non avevo un numero per chiamare la reception, né per chiedere il servizio in camera. Ho chiesto un indirizzo tramite Rappi e non mi hanno nemmeno chiamato per dirmi che era arrivato o altro, pessimo servizio.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione a Chapinero, vicino alle strade principali, alle ATM, alle banche, agli ospedali, ecc. Il personale è sempre stato molto caldo e rispettoso. Il letto e le mutandine sono molto confortevoli e si può avere un buon riposo notturno. The wifi is pretty fast once you’re connected.

Excelente ubicación cerca al aeropuerto el Dorado, habitación y limpieza impecable, delicioso desayuno tipo buffet, ofrece servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. cercano a centros comerciales y otros sitios de interez.

Il piano originale era di vivere due giorni, i piedi del topo, e qui di 12 giorni.Ci sono ruote, ghiaccio, una buona colazione, una varietà di scelte di cena. Il topo della stanza 63 metri quadrati non può uscire dalla casa.Salva il nostro viaggio sudamericano!!!

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.
