Hotel a 3 stelle a Bogota

Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

Alcuni membri del personale erano molto professionali e amichevoli. Sfortunatamente, l'altro personale era piuttosto scortese. Era come se semplicemente non avesse alcun interesse a preoccuparsi di loro a meno che non glielo avessi chiesto. Poi, dopo aver pagato le copie, è andato a cercare il mio resto (1.000 pesos). Poi mi ha detto con tono irritato che non avevano alcun cambiamento. Ho semplicemente detto ”No es importante”. Durante l'intera interazione, si è comportato in modo molto affrettato e infastidito, come se lo stessi imponendo su di lui, e non si è mai scusato minimamente per aver dimenticato le mie carte del vaccino o per non aver avuto alcun cambiamento. (Non erano occupati in quel momento; c'erano due persone che lavoravano dietro al bancone e nessun altro ospite in linea. Almeno l'altro tizio era professionale, a differenza del suo collega.) Sono consapevole che il mio spagnolo è ancora a un livello intermedio; tuttavia, se hai intenzione di lavorare nel settore alberghiero (in fondo alla strada dell'aeroporto, in una capitale, nientemeno), il minimo che potresti fare è mostrare un po' di cortesia ai tuoi ospiti. (Non dobbiamo parlare spagnolo per capire la tua aggressività passiva.) Inoltre, quando sono arrivato non c'erano asciugamani in camera. Ci sono volute tre richieste in circa 35-40 minuti per ottenerne alcune. Tutti quelli con cui ho parlato sembravano molto professionali e intenzionati a prendersene cura, ma in qualche modo nessuno ha risposto fino al terzo tentativo. Era sorprendente, in effetti, perché la camera era immacolata e perfettamente composta, tranne per il fatto che non aveva asciugamani di alcun tipo. Mi è piaciuta molto la cena e la signora che mi ha servito è stata gentile e paziente quando conversava con me in spagnolo. Il ristorante ha impiegato alcuni minuti per trovare, poiché ci sono due edifici, ciascuno con la propria hall, e l'addetto alla reception che mi ha registrato non ha menzionato nulla del ristorante.

Dicono di avere un parcheggio, ma non è così, chiedono di lasciare le chiavi ( ma non dovrebbero farlo perché se qualcosa succede alla macchina nessuno risponde perché non sono state effettuate le verifiche, ecc.) , e almeno nel mio caso, che paga per riposare alle 5:00 mi toccavano la porta per spostare la macchina e dopo essere arrivato a mezzanotte, significa che non mi riposero e la piastra che mi paga per riposare è persa, E poi i dipendenti sono molto stupidi e scherzano in modo brutto per dire le cose, in altre parole, DISCRIMINATA IL CHE VOglia RIESSERE IN CARRO, VOGLI IL BUN TRATTAMENTO E VOGLI RIESSERE.

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.

L'hotel è molto buono in ogni senso, soprattutto in attenzione, che è eccellente , molto buon colazione, bar e super pulito e ben decorato. Unico difetto, il servizio di bar di Domenica chiude alle 14 hs, quindi se si arriva da un viaggio lungo, è molto scomodo.La prossima volta che si deve arrivare un Domenica cambio di hotel, da lunedì a sabato 10/10

Hotel pulito e tempestivo. Molto buona posizione. Il letto era grande e confortevole. La camera dispone di un grande bagno molto ben dotato di asciugamani, shampoo e gel da doccia. La camera ha anche un frigorifero con bevande fredde. L'hotel offre anche un servizio di navetta per andare al terminale e si trova vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. N in ogni piano c'è vendita L L lmachinesdeerx per snack e bevande fredde. Inoltre si può ottenere tè e caffè.

L'hotel si trova tra aeroporto e centro in una zona tranquilla. La camera era abbastanza grande e molto pulita. Il minibar è disponibile. La colazione è servita sulla terrazza, oltre al frutto e musli ci sono altre scelte quotidiane. Il ristorante offre anche buona cena a prezzi accessibili. Veramente super è il personale in questo hotel. Dai dipendenti della reception al personale di servizio sono tutti amichevoli, attenti e di aiuto. Un hotel molto consigliabile.

My second time staying at an Ibis; LOVE these properties. The rooms are very basic but you'll have what you need. The property is fun and stylish, staff was helpful (including arranging midnight airport transportation for us) and there's a full service bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of dishes; I wish hotels in the US offered breakfasts like this! The National Museum right across the street is well worth a visit and you're a short drive to Monserrate and Candelaria.
