The staff is one of the best I have ever seen, in Bogotá. They are courteous, professional, and very accommodating in every way! The hotel is convenient to my personal needs. It is clean and comfortable. They provide excellent options for breakfast and offer a very good option for noon and evening meals.

Great hotel. A little too expensive now for what it is (I have been going here for a few years). Still love it, but it may have priced me out considering other cheaper options. (Price has doubled in 1 year)

So much to say Front desk staff were great Staff in the dinning room were rude. I will say perhaps only to me and my guest. A guest I booked for in my booking. The staff made a scene about having to pay for the breakfast she was having which was included in the booking. Even after explaining I was booked for two. Three times someone enter my room while I was in bed or on the bed. One time waking me from a deep sleep standing beside the bed adjusting the draps. They didn't leave the room but just carried on like I was wasn't there. I asked to speak to the manager and this person never came to speak with me. The internet was out and I wasn't able to connect. Instead of saying it was out all over they looked at my phone. I was there for 3 night's and left to another hotel close by. Breakfast served premade eggs and the papaya was frozen, not freshly cut. My new hotel made to order eggs. Room was large and spacious but in need of a paint job. It had been touched up multiple times but really needed a painting. Bathroom was good and water pressure good. Location is good for restaurants but there's lots of good hotel's in this area. This hotel was right in zona T, the next hotel zona red. Zona red is very nice and I was just about a block outside zona T which was very convenient

I arrived on the red eye from mexico city and got to the hotel before checkin time. The staff was able to prepare a room for me early

The staff was super kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel decoration is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept. The room size was great. Loved having a couch in the room to hang out instead of being only on the bed. Make sure you go down for breakfast on time. We showed up 5 minutes after breakfast was over - due to the only elevator in the building being busy and we missed breakfast the first day. The second day we had an early check-out time as our flight was super early. However, the staff offered us a breakfast box to take with us to the airport. It was something super simple, a ham and cheese Sandwhich, fruit, and orange juice. Extremely thoughtful staff!

I did not like the bathroom (too small). The staff was great, service was great. The location was outstanding.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is just great, walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The staff are so friendly and always ready to help with tips and advice. Super breakfast to get you ready for day ahead. Feels very safe. Hotel rooms could do with updating but super clean and comfy bed! Will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

Hotel needs to upgrade the carpet. It did not mot smell good. Staff is very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. There is a ****** nearby.
