It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday with them. For a long time, I never felt alone on this kind of days, I was welcomed with genuine and sincere people around with such efforts to make me happy. From the exchange of email with Ms. Paskah to make sure that I'll be accommodated from picking me up to taking note of my requests. To Ms. Jessica, Asep and Mr. Agung who decorated my room as a surprise for my birthday (that was so cute). To Ledy who assisted me from check in to check out and who helped me out to get a Balinese Massage by Wanda. To Bram and Sonia whose been so good, made me feel special on my day, such kind and very hospitable ones. I've been travelling most of the time, and this is the first time I felt at peace and genuinely happy. To realize that life is worth living and the world is beautiful. Thank you so much everyone. That was a day to remember. You touched my heart, and made me believe that gentleness and being sincere still exist.

La camera è molto pratica: spaziosa disposizione & pulita. Camera confortevole. Bagno è grande & pulita. Le opzioni alimentari sono anche pratiche: gusto/ ben preparati. Non una vasta gamma, ma sufficiente. Suggerisco di limitare la fornitura di acqua in bottiglia di plastica per grandi funzioni di gruppo.Senza dubbio, spetta al consumatore, ma l'hotel può fare una posizione.

Il posto per un fine settimana era un posto per stare a piedi. Tutto era in regola e la comunicazione era eccellente. A partire dal terminale della nave, c'era un pickup che ci aspettava di portarci alla villa. Abbiamo goduto della piscina privata all'interno della villa e il luogo era in generale a un livello accettabile di pulizia, anche se ci sono anatre e altri insetti occasionalmente nella zona aperta. È stato facile ordinare servizio in camera, massaggio e trasporto verso altre parti dell'isola. Tutto è stato fatto via WhatsApp con risposte quasi istantanee. Il giorno del check-out, hanno tenuto il nostro bagaglio fino a quando non siamo stati pronti a partire al terminale di traghetto. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno senza piedi.

La villa era pulita, accogliente e bello.. servizio era pronta ed efficiente! Menu servizio in camera non troppo male.. solo un piccolo indossamento e lacrime qui e là.. sarebbe bello avere sapone a mano in cucina e bagno ...Knife, scissori, tovaglioli per cucina anche. Tornera' se ho bisogno di un breve ritiro ...

We spend 3 nights overall is good from Hotel front desk to housekeeping, bell boy and restaurant staff are polite and helpful. Except for the free breakfast buffet which doesn't suits me and my wife foods too salty and coffee is not hot enough, we had tried their other foods which pay by ourselves can consider good then we also walk to nearby Chinatown have our breakfast and coffee. And have Bintan Travel Guide to bring us around for sightseeing etc. The driver Edwin is very familiar with the routes and doesn't needs ud to crack our brains of what we want to eat etc. Automatically will drives us to have our lunch and dinner

La stanza era molto pulita e ben mantenuta. Il design interno del lobby e della strada erano un po' obsoleti, ma non è un problema se viaggiate per l'affare. Il servizio in camera era anche molto economico. Il centro commerciale non era troppo freddo, ma molto freddo.

Io ero un grande soggiorno. La mia famiglia era impressionata da quanto era pulita e come la mantengono. Pensano che fosse molto carina. La piscina era pulita e la barbecue ci rendevano facile. Sarebbe giusto se Yall prenota per 3 giorni 2 notti e prenota anche le vostre attività. Come la barbecue, hanno bisogno di tempo per prepararsi per voi ragazzi. Se vuoi che le cose siano immediatamente meglio prebook.Abbiamo prebookato la maggior parte e alcuni articoli che prenotiamo sul posto, così sapevamo. Anche se tutti sono il tipo che si aspetta la pace e il silenzio, questo è il posto. Puoi rilassarti quanto vuoi. Ci sono anche TV e servizi. Mi piace il loro drink benvenuto haha. Il personale è molto amichevole e paziente. Ci piace il nostro soggiorno. Quelli che vogliono rilassarsi e rimanere questo è per la pace.

The whole experience was very amazing. The service was excellence! From the moment we stepped foot into Bintan Ferry terminal, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they just made us feel comfortable till the moment we stepped foot out of Bintan Ferry terminal. The moment we stepped on board the bus, we were given biscuit and cold towels and not forgetting the free wifi throughout our 75mins journey to the Resort. When we reached we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately we were lead to a room for our welcome drinks and check-in. The check-in process was fast but no room were available at 11 plus. We were told that our room would only be available at 2pm (it is already earlier as check-in timing is at 3pm) and the staff had advised us to walk around and go for our lunch first during the waiting time. It the end, we managed to get our lunch at 1pm (earlier then what they told us). What I like about the resort is that they update their activies and replies all through whatsapps. When we entered into your room, our luggage was already delivered there and the aircons were on. So it was already cooling.....weather in Bintan is HOT in Dec. Hahhahaa. The room was very beautiful and spacious. It was so amazing and romantic. It really make me don't want to leave the room. The food there was nice too. Although there is only two restaurant but they do have a great range of variety. And every evening, they have different dinner theme. The night I was there they had pasar malam night. Food stalls were setup at the open with tables and chairs and understand from the staff that the following night they were doing BBQ by the sea. Too bad, I'm only there for a night. They also have a huge breakfast spread. There are live music at the pool bar. Beside drinks, there are food serve there too. The live music is GREAT! It is really a pleasant stay!
