It was a perfect spot. Near Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo. Next to Lagoi Plaza. Accessible to the beach and mall. There are e-bikes which we could rent at SGD 20 per hour. Right behind the hotel there is a HUGE lake and i mean it, HUGE. We rented the e-bike to explore the area and the lake until my e-bike battery went down to one bar. Hahaha.. But it was an awesome experience. The pool however would be good if they have a heater. It was soooooo cold.

Breakfast doesn’t have much choices. Pretty far from ferry terminal but they have free shuttle service. Near nice beach. Room not very sound proof.

The room that we booked has included breakfast, the breakfast are very simple and nice. We enjoy our one night trip.

- During our visit to Bintan, we, as a family of two adults and one child, stayed at the Grand Lagoi Hotel (From 29 Dec 24 to 31 Dec 24).. - The Grand Lagoi hotel service is excellent and satisfied. - we are highly recommended to choose this hotel for the following reasons 1. Reasonable Prices 2. The location was perfect and near LAGOI BAY 3. All the staff are friendly and helpful 4. The rich breakfast was a highlight of stay 5. The room cleaning was excellent and environment was peaceful We will definitely choose again for next holiday to bintan

Should have informed the guests earlier that they would take 10-15 minutes to check out. Very poor room service, leaving food tray outside of the room overnight.

good hotel to stay

It is typical hotel for me. There is a small mini mart nearby where we can buy snacks. I enjoyed their wellness spa and food. Rooftop swimming view is nice.

Grand Lagoi provides free shuttle services upon arrival and departure. While Grand Lagoi is situated beside Plaza Lagoi, but Plaza Lagoi has nothing to offer given that all the tenants have already closed down (sadly). Hence, you are left with limited food options should you not venture outside the hotel. Else, rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are ok-ish, but generally still alright. Service is ok too. Family and I stayed here for 2 nights and I think that’s the maximum days already :)

I recently stayed at Grand Lagoi from 14-16 June 2024, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The pool was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. Location-wise, Grand Lagoi is ideally situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions and close to public transportation. This made exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, my stay at Grand Lagoi exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning back

Room was great. Pool is nice and there are free bicycles for rental, but gym is very small and equipment old. Free shuttle service to and fro ferry terminal as well. Shops nearby have been closed since COVID-19 so not much happening nearby, but very peaceful place near the beach and lake.
