Bintan: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Il resort è pulito e ben tenuto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con loro non è un problema. Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel resort, alcune delle quali sono piuttosto interessanti come il tour del mercato del pesce locale e il giro da un'isola all'altra ecc. La colazione è? un'ampia varietà disponibile. Eravamo lì per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal fatto che il resort avesse programmato fuochi d'artificio alla festa di Capodanno. Siamo così fortunati che la nostra camera abbia un'ottima vista dei fuochi d'artificio che sono durati circa 10 minuti, proprio di fronte a noi. Ci siamo goduti i fuochi d'artificio dal nostro accogliente balcone 😊 Soggiorno fortemente consigliato per coppie, amici e famiglia!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicino al mare. Struttura fantastica dalla stanza. La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita. Le persone sono molto professionali e utili per tutta la mia permanenza. In generale era un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno. Il buffet del mattino è stato anche grande! Certamente ritornerà. Puoi ordinare un servizio di bug all'interno del resort e la loro risposta è molto veloce.

Friendly staff . Beautiful location . Unfortunately it is monsoon so no water sports . Kudos to housekeeper Edi who make sure my room is clean and well supplied with water and ice cubes .Breakfast is delicious . Menu changes with new varieties . Had our dinner at Lotus cafe . Food is good too . Saffron at Banyan Tree is good too but expensive . Went to Banyan tree for spa . Excellent massage worth the money spent . Good trip for rest and relaxation . The downside that there is no shopping and everywhere is far . The TV reception is poor and could be improved .

La camera che abbiamo prenotato ha incluso la colazione, la colazione è molto semplice e piacevole.

Il servizio era buono, il posto era stato mantenuto abbastanza pulito, tranne per i bug occasionali che apparivano qui e là. Il resort è situato in una zona che non ha molto da fare, quindi avrete bisogno di prendere una macchina privata ovunque se si desidera sperimentare qualsiasi delle attività disponibili a Bintan. Le strutture fornite nel resort non sono state mantenute nella migliore condizione (ma è ancora disponibile)

我們聖誕節前到的，在這裏度過了平安夜。喜歡民丹的Clubmed，房間大，還有飄窗床，大床也是2米寬的大床，一家三口各自都睡得很舒服。娛樂項目也是很豐富，這次孩子體驗了空中飛人，媽媽體驗了空中瑜伽，其他運動項目網球、羽球等都玩了一遍。自助餐品種繁多，各種美食和飲料。晚上的表演更是我們最喜歡的一部分。這次特別要提到的是由於媽媽突發腸胃炎，大晚上的醫生OS和護士Yelly趕來房間為我們診治，GO們也是很熱情。雜技組的Yum，Clarissa, 網球教練Roger等等我們衹記住了臉沒記住名字😅民丹Clubmed 很值得一去。我們還會再去。平安夜有海邊派對，有煙花特別贊！

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.
