Hotel in zona The Nordic Embassies, Berlino

La stanza era pulita e confortevole senza schermi. La posizione dell'hotel era ideale. È stato vicino a attrazioni, ristoranti e shopping, rendendo molto conveniente esplorare la città. Posso consigliare questo hotel senza riserve e sarò di nuovo in città la prossima volta.

Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc..

Bagno piccolo, hotel in buona posizione dallo zoo e dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono dei locali carini in zona, incluso il Maxxim. La cosa è stata molto strana: l'ultima sera sono entrato in albergo e sono andato nella mia camera d'albergo, in cima alle scale un uomo sembrava molto sospettoso. Subito dopo averlo visto anche lui salì di sopra. Il corridoio delle camere è accessibile a tutti, anche a chi non dormi lì! Molto strano! La colazione era buona

Se sei in vacanza e hai bisogno di un posto centrale vicino ai trasporti pubblici, ma comunque una notte tranquilla, è un buon posto. Se stai cercando un'area per feste nel centro di #città (notti insonni) sei fuori luogo qui, ma il prezzo dell'accompagnatore potrebbe essere ancora interessante. se sei in viaggio d'affari e hai bisogno di alzarti presto, non troverai facilmente il sonno perché l'hotel attira clienti appassionati di correre, urlare ed essere rumorosi in generale. Se cerchi la sicurezza CoVid, l'hotel ha delle regole carine ma a nessuno frega niente e non viene imposto nulla. Se hai una stanza al 6° piano, evitare gli ascensori impagliati è una scelta scomoda. In generale. Il posto è pulito e ben tenuto, l'equipaggio è disponibile. L'immediato quartiere è tranquillo ma noioso. Se l'ospite accanto russa è sfortunata, se non lo fa, è una buona notte. Visto il prezzo, si potrebbe fare di peggio.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

La posizione è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Berlino. I servizi sono buoni ma alcuni non sono gratuiti. La stanza all'interno sembra vecchia a differenza della hall, dei corridoi, ecc. Non molto servizio svolto. Il giorno del check-out, apriranno la porta per verificare se c'è ancora qualcuno all'interno anche se non è ancora l'orario del check-out.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
