È un po' fuori, ci vuole un po' più di tempo per andare e tornare dal centro. Tuttavia, la camera è bella e pulita. Anche la colazione è buona.

Book at wrong month, even though discover and ask for change but rejected..No change no refund no discount on next booking.. Disappointed.

Der Service war hervorragend und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat ein Buchungsproblem toll gelöst, da die Buchung via Trip.com das Problem verursacht hat, dass obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht wurde nur ein 2-Bett Zimmer gebucht war. Das war aber nicht der Fehler des Hotels, sondern der Buchungsplattform und das Hotel hat das toll aufgefangen und gelöst. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Der Blick über die Spree war richtig schön. Die Lage ist gut - der S-Bahnhof und auch andere öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Schöne Lage an der Spree. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und vielfältig.

Pokoje głośne, hałasująca klimatyzacja. Minęły 2 miesiące i nie otrzymałam faktury, wysłałam 7 przypomnień! Punkty accor się nie naliczyły za pobyt. Obsługa fatalna., nieuprzejmą i kłamie. Nie polecam na podróże służbowe. Z żalem wystawiam taka opinie, ale wole przestrzec. Odległość do komunikacji około 10 minut pieszo, śniadania smaczne.

Albergo non centrale ma abbastanza comodo con treni e tram. Il suo punto di forza è la colazione, davvero abbondante e con ampia scelta di qualsiasi specialità. Da provare il miele posto nella tavolozza in legno. Le camere belle, curate in tema Berlino, porta di Brandeburgo e architettura locale. Letto molto comodo.

Berlino, abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché era nella posizione che cercavamo! Ci siamo stati varie volte quando era un NH ,l' abbiamo trovato molto peggiorato ma questo non si può imputare alla catena Ibis , perché l' albergo era nuovo,la colazione era buona ....Il problema erano gli impiegati della reception , molto maleducati non parlavano inglese ( o per lo meno facevano finta ) .l' aria condizionata non funzionava per niente e la stanza era invivibile .L' unica che ci ha aiutato è stata Genny ,ma dopo che abbiamo telefonato al call center in Italia!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room. Close to train station. Breakfast delicious and the free coffee was amazing. A lot of value for money. I definitely recommend and I would book here again. I didn't have any issues and I'm 100% happy with my stay.

I’m surprised by the posit ratings. Firstly, when arriving, water leaking in the entrance (wet towel and stained wall/ceilings invite you in). The rooms are best described as functional and I found that. You could hear other rooms and doors closing… overall it feels rather sad and depressing! The area surrounding the hotel is a expanse of a massive building site to one side with the surrounding streets full of rubbish and homeless people… and little in the way of restaurants and only a couple of very dodgy looking bars I think that gives you a good idea

We spent 3 nights in the hotel, from june 14 to june 17 in the hopes that we could rest and sleep a little longer than we usually do on a working day. Instead, we woke up at 9:00 on our first morning (june 15) to the sound of hammering and repairments. We tried to ignore it, like it's a one time thing. The second morning, again at 9:00 but this time to drilling sounds. We count take it anymore so we called the reception to ask them whats going on, why cant this be done at least around noon, so we can properly rest in the hotel, that adverrtises itself as "Ibis Styles Berlin Treptow provides quiet, comfortably equipped rooms and conference facilities." (Quoted from ***********). The receptionist just told us, that at least its not 6 in the morning, 9 should be enough for everyone to rest, and thats it. No info was given about these reparations on any site (accor, ***********, etc). On booking, it only warns about the restaurant not working which I think its not as important to know as having to listen to a drilling sound in my room in the morning. The elevator shaft is on the 9th floor, and they didnt care to warn anyone by email or in person, that these rooms are going to hear these repairs more (or they didnt consider not renting those rooms in this period). This is were I want to also state, that there were no infos given on the fact, that there is a whole construction happening right next to the hotel, of an actual skyscraper or similar sized building. Its not super loud, but you can hear it with windows closed. Also, the sink was not working, and I wonder, how the cleaners did not notice it (tip: they didnt clean it, as it would have filled up instantly if they did). When we left, another receptionist asked us how our stay was, and we explained everything to him. His reply was, I quote: "we are really sorry, but our manager has been really busy with a lot of things, so he couldn't make time to update the webpage/booking.com" which I find kind of a pointless thing to ad. I think properly informing your paying customers regarding what they will get for their money should be priority number 1, since your whole business is built around those people paying for your service. Anyways, as we told him too, if we knew about the elevator having to be fixed at 9 o'clok for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, we wouldn't have chosen that hotel. Following this, we wrote an email to Accor, but Ibis replied instead (with accor in cc at least) wich I will add as an image, but I want to extract this part: "We cannot stop the construction work as it is urgent. We can't close the hotel for that either. 9 am in the morning on a normal working day is a reasonable time and normal working hours agreed with the hotel manager. We are sorry that you could not sleep in longer than 9 o'clock and therefore did not have a pleasant stay. However, we very much hope for your understanding that we cannot do anything about the current circumstances either." We replied

Air quality is so bad that makes you sick. The hotel need to clean the air conditioning ducts. Good renovation but removing the bar fridge is a mistake. Good breakfast with variety of food. Nice restaurant staff

Most horrible service, the blond tall women at the reception, told us that we need to pay for the use of the fridge in the room. I can understand that but the way she told us, not a smile, not a sorry or please... That is not a good example of customer service..
