Il servizio era buono. Stanza completa. Colazione ben presentata e ampia scelta. Purtroppo avevamo la camera sopra l'Irish Pub. È abbastanza inutile. Non ho chiuso occhio fino alle 4 del mattino Nonostante le finestre chiuse la ventola, anche l'aria condizionata non fosse e faceva molto caldo .... Queste stanze sopra il pub dovrebbero essere effettivamente utilizzate ora ......

This is the first time we have stayed in a property in this price range that was badly antiquated, poorly run, and lacked any modern management that we wanted to escape almost directly after checking in. We should have been more conscious honestly after reading the TA reviews as the management apparently only responds to positive reviews but never to negative ones....a clear sign there is a lack of any accountability or leadership in a property honestly. Beyond the poor communications in advance of our stay we have to say that the rooms have not been refurbished since the 1970s at best and were stuffy, dark, and kind of sad honestly to the point where we worried about sticking to something. While some of the junior staff were friendly enough, the communication with management was poor and when we asked how we could best accomodate the needs of our children, we were simply told that one could sleep in our bed and they could set up a crib for the other child....at a rental cost of 15 euro a day!!!!! In my decades of traveling I have not ever found a single 4 star property that charged a daily rate on using a baby crib in a room and in general this left us the rather pressing feeling that families are not welcome here! Otherwise, if you are taking a train to Maastricht it is an ideal location as the hotel is located almost directly next to the train station and the noise is not so bad at night. In general though, this property felt like an obsolete dinosaur with no central leadership or accountability to its guests. The sad fact though is that with one of the Netherland's best hospitality schools based within the city limits, this poor service could easily be remedied we argued with some fresh blood and investment, but instead it looks like the owners just want to rest on the Amrath's accolades (and its presumed '4 stars') from yesteryear. A true pity and waste of money these days especially in such a hospitable city as Maasstricht where the Crowne Plaza nearby is clean, well run, and equally convenient.

Questo piccolo hotel ha una posizione perfetta, in una vecchia casa di fronte al fiume Maas, nella parte più pittoresca del centro storico, vicino a affascinanti negozi e ristoranti. E 'pulito. Le camere sono moderne, minimalistiche ma ben pensate. Mooi vrij nieuw hotel. Helaas geen welkomstdrankjes ontvangen, wat toch normaal is. Mooie kamer. Geen mogelijkheid om ergens de koffers op te leggen dan op de grond. We zijn niet zo oud, maar toch wel wat beperkt. Dus maar op het bureau gelegd met als extra ondersteuning de stoel. Ruimte genoeg voor een kofferkruk of iets dergelijks. Nu kwamen we vrij laat in de regen aan. Had het niet eens in de gaten, omdat er wat auto’s stonden dat we de auto niet voor de deur hadden mogen laten staan. Is ook niet naar gevraagd. Inmiddels 10 dagen verder en ook geen punten ontvangen. Dit is niet wat ik gewend ben van accor en kom er al velen jaren als silver of gold member, dus weet waar ik over spreek.

Als je kiest voor een arrangement , dus inclusief ontbijt en het zogenaamde drie gangen diner, moet je niet het beste verwachten van hun . Allereerst kregen wij een kamer op de eerste etage, precies boven de ingang .. heel erg rumoerig en de schuifdeur die de hele avond/nacht open gaat, is gewoon in de kamer hoorbaar. De slechtste kamer van het hotel, terwijl er nog zat kamers beschikbaar waren. Het zogenaamde drie gangen menu stelt niks voor en is erg weinig. Bovendien had de kok geen zin om de sinaasappelbavarois te maken en kregen wij gewoon diepvriesoesjes van de supermarkt met een laagje chocoladesaus overheen..vreselijk ! Ook het voorgerecht was waardeloos en bestond uit een zogenaamde champignonsoep met zes sprietjes tauge en twee champignons.. Ik voelde mij erg beledigd dat dit mij aangeboden werd..! Dat ze dát durven te serveren is schandalig..! We mochten alleen maar op een bepaalde plek in het restaurant zitten, omdat wij een arrangement hadden en werden zo een beetje als t****erangs gasten behandeld.. Dit is heel erg slecht ! De kelners zijn niet gastvrij en vriendelijk , ik beveel ze een cursus aan bij hun collega's van het van der Valk Hotel. Verder was het ontbijt prima, gewoon standaard zoals overal, maar zodra je iets extra's bestelt,zul je bedrogen uitkomen. Ik had een arrangement betaald voor 3 dagen van 335€ en zal dit dus nooit meer doen.

Il mio soggiorno a Thermae 2000 mi ha fatto molto piacere. Situato su una montagna di Valkenburg, le viste panoramiche e la bellezza naturale dell'ambiente offrono un grande senso di tranquillità. L'hotel è molto confortevole. Ogni camera, completamente attrezzata e ben mantenuta, ha una piccola terrazza con vista tranquilla sulla foresta. Costruita come piramide, è l'unico hotel che so che ha un po 'di funiculare invece di un ascensore da un piano all'altro. Il personale in generale, e soprattutto nell'hotel e nei vari ristoranti, sono sempre sorridenti, gentili e sembrano curati e felici di lavorare in questo luogo. Vi faranno sentire benvenuti e confortevoli, e partecipare a ogni richiesta con un sorriso. Le strutture spa sono molto ampie, super pulite e ben mantenute, e si può scegliere tra una varietà di opzioni per adattarsi alle vostre esigenze e alle vostre esigenze. Ci sono piscina all'interno e all'esterno, una vasta scelta di saune, bagni a vapore e trattamenti idrici, nonché un sacco di spazio all'esterno per rilassarsi e raffreddare. I trattamenti spa sono molto professionali e piacevoli. I terapeuti sono qualificati e piacevoli. Tutte le camere sono pulite, ben mantenute e forniscono l'atmosfera perfetta per rilassarsi e sentirsi appassionati. Ho provato il ristorante gastronomico per cena (« Pure ») e era perfetto. La signora capo esecutivo indiana ha una cucina molto inventiva, superbly presentata, sofisticata e deliziosa. E' un po' costosa, ma vale ogni penny. I piatti sono creativi, freschi e aromatici, e il servizio è impeccabile e ragionevolmente veloce – anche se il ristorante era pieno quella notte. (È consigliabile prenotare in anticipo) Esperienza generale: Perfetto per un'occasione speciale. Credo che sia uno dei migliori spa nei Paesi Bassi e tra i migliori in Europa.

I stayed here for four days for a business trip. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions about dining, parking and other services of the hotel. There are two parking garages that the hotel uses, one that has metal doors on either side, so if you have a large vehicle, you may want to use the other entrance around the corner which had a little more space on the sides. The room rate included breakfast as well as overnight parking.. The room (#636) faces the plaza next to the entrance of the parking garage. The rooms across the hall face the river. The room has two beds with a desk that hold the TV which can swivel to either the beds or the desk area. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with a glass partition. The space works for one person. There was two bottles of water that were left in the room each day. The hotel is centrally located with lots of café and restaurants on the same side as well as short walk to shops/restaurants across the river. I can see why many of the people from our company stay here.

Il design è popolare nell'industria del Nord Europa + negli ultimi anni, adatto alle celebrità online per scattare foto. La posizione è ottima. Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per andare in centro città per mangiare, bere e comprare. Il caffè al piano di sotto, il supermercato biologico e i ristoranti e caffè circostanti L'hotel è stato ricostruito sulla base di una fabbrica di ceramiche, quindi è molto di moda con il nuovo e il vecchio~ Il concetto si concentra sulla condivisione di ”studenti”, quindi il personale di servizio dell'hotel è più amichevole e informale? Ho dato un gelato quando ho fatto il check-in. I dettagli sono piuttosto carini. Ancora attenzione: lavanderia e stireria possono andare solo nella lavanderia unificata al primo piano dell'hotel Lavanderia, tipo self-service a gettoni, stireria panni, ci sono attrezzature a volontà
