I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. I spent thousands to have one special day at their hotel and they sold me something that was a

Quando sono andato all'hotel, ero nervoso che fosse un po' in ritardo, perché il principale lobby ha un stile piuttosto vecchio. Questa è stata una lunga visita di lavoro (6 giorni), quindi le mie speranze erano un po' più elevate di quelle che sono solitamente quando viaggiano per lavoro. Una volta che la vostra ricezione precedente, le camere sono molto moderne, con un sacco di punti di carica e porti USB per il caricamento gratuito. La camera era anche molto grande, con due letti di grande dimensione e un grande bagno. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole, e veramente uscirà dal loro modo di aiutare. Non sono i migliori a avere le parcelle degli ospiti consegnate, perché li metteranno in corridoi e lotterà per trovarli. Alla fine ho riuscito a convincerli a lasciarmi andare ”indietro” e guardarmi, e ho trovato le mie parcelle in un corridoio fuori dalla stanza postale. Il bar/restaurante dell'hotel è ben memorizzato, e il cibo è sorprendente. La scelta al colazione è anche eccellente L'hotel è collegato a un centro fitness YMCA che è gratuito per gli ospiti. Checked into the hotel has started off with bad front desk service right off the bat. Then when we got to the room our key card did not work, had to go back down to get it reloaded. Was told if you get it close to your cell phone it will deactivate. (One lady said she had to go down 3 times). The. We got into the room and it smelled like straight mold. Just a overall bad experience at this hotel. Will not stay here ever again. Coffee was good though

Questo è un hotel d'affari nel cuore di Charlotte e un'oasi dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Dopo aver sentito il ritardo di un aeroporto, siamo arrivati molto, molto tardi all'hotel. Il personale era molto empatico, ci trovarono una stanza migliorata, alcune tolettarie (da quando il bagaglio era stato perso) e ci hanno dato accesso al M Club. L'albergo e i ristoranti sono bellissimi, tutto sembra nuovo, e il cibo era buono. Lo spazio del club è anche nuovo e invitante e abbiamo avuto una mattina molto divertente parlando delle nostre (mis)avventure come famiglia. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato ci ha chiesto “C'è qualcosa di cui hai bisogno?” Mi ha ingoiato di quanto tutti fossero gentili e benvenuti. Grande, breve soggiorno.

This hotel was very nice. Jae, at front desk was exceptional at her job. She was very friendly and accommodating. Overall customer service was excellent! I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but definitely enjoyed my room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Da quando siamo entrati, siamo stati colpiti dal personale, che ci hanno accolto con favore dal personale del servizio frontale, che ha fatto il controllo in modo insensibile. Ho avuto difficoltà con la chiave due volte all'ascensore, e uno dei miei dipendenti mi ha mostrato cosa sbagliavo, ma mi ha fatto capire che non mi sentivo completamente incompetente. Sia lui che un'altra giovane donna al dipartimento ci controllavano sempre quando arrivammo o lasciammo. Erano così personali e divertenti. Non posso dire abbastanza grandi cose su di loro. Hanno inviato un pacchetto extra entro pochi minuti da chiedere! La stanza era un po’ stretta e necessita di un po’ di TLC. Tuttavia, era estremamente pulita e i mobili erano in grande forma. Pensavo che il letto fosse molto comodo, ma mio marito non lo faceva. Ma combattiamo quella battaglia a casa. Mi piaceva che la vanità del bagno fosse separata dalla doccia e dal bagno, permettendo a due di essere pronti contemporaneamente. La testa del bagno era fantastica con un grande flusso d'acqua. La luce alla vanità non era grande, quindi le signore portano uno specchio e si siedono sul divano per applicare la maquillatura. La luce è meglio lì. Ci è anche molto poco spazio di trattori, quindi portate ancoraggi extra per appendere i vostri vestiti se necessario. La posizione è fantastica. È vicino a qualsiasi parte della città di Charlotte, l'ultima volta che siamo stati in città, e non si può avvicinare alla concorrenza con il Giardino di Marriott, e il Marriott è quasi metà del costo. Raccomando molto questo hotel per la gara!

We arrived to the front desk on Friday 22nd July to be told there was a problem with our booking. Note, this booking was made many months in advance. We were told by a less than helpful girl that the hotel had overbooked and that we couldn’t stay there. To be told this only on arrival was shocking. I cannot understand even if this error had been made, why wait for us to arrive to be told. Could they not have rang us in advance. We were travelling from overseas and were making our way from Washington DC to Atlanta. The unhelpful girl on the desk proceeded to tell us they had booked us into their sister hotel. When I asked her how far it was from Uptown she didn’t know. When I looked it up it was 10 miles away. We told her that this was not good enough and it was totally inconvenient to our plans but she just shrugged her shoulders. They offered to pay our first night in this hotel that was miles out of town but this still was not good enough as our plans were ruined. When I asked her how we were going to get there as we had arrived by taxi, she said “I guess call a taxi”. This was disgraceful as she was going to let us make our own way to this unsuitable location. Eventually she offered to call the taxi and they paid for it. Still this was a total disaster as we ended up having to get a taxi in and out of Uptown for the weekend at our own cost which was more that the first night paid by the hotel. Then I noticed that this hotel then charged us for the second night even though we were staying in the other hotel. We called back into the front desk to be told there was nothing they could do as the manger was not working on Sunday. We were given a business card and told to email Rushell Jones on the Monday. We emailed Rushell the manager on Monday and explained our full situation. Not even a reply from her to apologise. The amount came back off our card but the manager didn’t even have the curtesy to reply. Our advise is steer clear of this badly run hotel who have no respect for anyone.

Quando sono andato all'hotel, ero nervoso che fosse un po' in ritardo, perché il principale lobby ha un stile piuttosto vecchio. Questa è stata una lunga visita di lavoro (6 giorni), quindi le mie speranze erano un po' più elevate di quelle che sono solitamente quando viaggiano per lavoro. Una volta che la vostra ricezione precedente, le camere sono molto moderne, con un sacco di punti di carica e porti USB per il caricamento gratuito. La camera era anche molto grande, con due letti di grande dimensione e un grande bagno. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole, e veramente uscirà dal loro modo di aiutare. Non sono i migliori a avere le parcelle degli ospiti consegnate, perché li metteranno in corridoi e lotterà per trovarli. Alla fine ho riuscito a convincerli a lasciarmi andare ”indietro” e guardarmi, e ho trovato le mie parcelle in un corridoio fuori dalla stanza postale. Il bar/restaurante dell'hotel è ben memorizzato, e il cibo è sorprendente. La scelta al colazione è anche eccellente L'hotel è collegato a un centro fitness YMCA che è gratuito per gli ospiti. È un giardino molto moderno con molti dispositivi di formazione di resistenza e cardio. La luce alla vanità non era grande, quindi le signore portano uno specchio e si siedono sul divano per applicare la maquillatura. La luce è meglio lì. Ci è anche molto poco spazio di trattori, quindi portate ancoraggi extra per appendere i vostri vestiti se necessario. La posizione è fantastica. È vicino a qualsiasi parte della città di Charlotte, l'ultima volta che siamo stati in città, e non si può avvicinare alla concorrenza con il Giardino di Marriott, e il Marriott è quasi metà del costo. Raccomando molto questo hotel per la gara!

L'hotel più soddisfatto del viaggio.Anche se è vicino alla strada, l'hotel è abbastanza buono da isolamento e non può sentire il rumore dei veicoli.La posizione è anche buona, accanto a un famoso centro commerciale North Lake Mall.Il personale è molto bello, e le strutture della stanza sono anche buone. Una cena americana gratis, anche se la varietà non può essere ricca, ma i cibi sono buoni, il problema di mangiare e di inondare, un hotel ad un prezzo eccellente.Se hai la possibilità di rimanere.

Sono rimasto in questa proprietà per 3 notti per un rilascio per il mio prossimo volo. Sono molto affidabile sulla pulizia di un hotel, in particolare. Questa proprietà era molto pulita dall'arrivo e l'ingresso molto accogliente. La mia camera era senza spot e il letto era estremamente comodo. Ho dormito bene. Il colazione complimentare era eccellente e c'erano vari oggetti da prendere. La presentazione del cibo e la zona di mangiare erano entrambi accolti. Rimarrei sicuramente qui di nuovo e consiglierei molto questo hotel, che ha anche una navetta aeroportuale e è abbastanza vicino ai luoghi dove si può dover guidare o Uber.
