Wonderful staff, incredible food at all restaurant options. The resort was so clean, pools were a great temperature, no fighting for chairs, no waiting for drinks! Would stay again!

About the property it hasn’t made 1 year mark, ideally if u read adult only u are sold because their would b things to do for adults, unfortunately , it’s very limited the only thing that’s unlimited is food but there is only
One good option which is the steak house. The Italian food is a complete miss. I would’ve thought maybe a elote corn a 5 star taco but hey, ok now here is the catch if u want a beach don’t waste your time or
Money there is no beach no sand just ocean with a big red flag as soon as u reach the steps I was completely dissapointed … the property is so quite by the time it’s ten pm everyone is in bed . Ok next , there is a few staff that is money hungry and would over charge you if u want to do an attraction also this hotel
Has no transportation so it’s all inclusive but you find your self excessively spending money just try to make your vacation a little bit more of a vacation because your are already scammed for not having a vacation beach, there is no night life in this area . I arrived on Wednesday and left Sunday it was completely
Empty . There is also a lot of miscommunication being that they wrote each other through what’s app…. I came as a solo traveler and I wish it was listed that there was no beach no parties and also the out skirt and not the hotel zone .. I did pay a healthy amount and felt short changed ..

Pros of this property were the staff was excellent and the food was great! Other than that was horrible there was nothing to do ! No beach ! And after 4:00pm when they shut the music off this place is dead! They should advertise this place as a retirement village! I can say Oscar did try several times to accommodate us but that was only until 6pm ! I’ve stayed at several resorts please stay away from this location ne unless you like going to bed At 7pm then this is the place for you

It was boring, pool shuts down at 4pm. Dinner is served at 5:30pm & the place is dead at 9pm. If ur looking for just a retirement style vacation, this is ur place. Food was amazing & the staff.

We loved this resort. Great property, food and drinks are great, plus this was the most fun we’ve had a resort. We did not plan to leave the resort during our stay, however note that there are no external dining or bar options close by

Hello, although we met wonderful people and our room was nice and kept clean and stocked, we are VERY disappointed that the pictures of the resort on your site shows a beach and there was no such beach! We chose Cancun for their white sand beaches and to pay what we did for that experience and not receive it is shameful at the very least! It is your responsibility to keep up with what is and is not available at these resorts if you are advertising for them and you did not do your job!
