Recensioni su Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

La posizione è lontana dalla zona principale. Le piscine sono basse e non abbastanza grandi per ospitare le dimensioni dell'hotel. Il cibo non era eccezionale, soprattutto Sunan, immangiabile. Il servizio non era cordiale, un raffreddore era troppo per il personale. Non sembrava proprio una proprietà Hilton. Si può fare di meglio per gli stessi soldi.

è stata davvero una bella esperienza. In particolare, ai miei figli è piaciuto molto il miniclub e la piscina.

Il check-in è stato di 2 ore alla reception Tutti i ristoranti per la cena richiedono la prenotazione e la prenotazione chiude alle 17:00, il check-in è stato così tardi che abbiamo perso la prima sera per cena, dobbiamo andare al buffet ogni pasto fino alla seconda sera Non possiamo prenotare per il ristorante che vogliamo, perché non c'è niente di disponibile e l'unico orario disponibile è alle 21:30 e un'altra sera alle 22:00 per cena. Abbiamo chiesto ad alcuni nuovi amici e abbiamo ricevuto la stessa risposta: non torneremo più in questo hotel. Pensavamo che il nome Hilton dovesse essere migliore di questo.

Review of Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun Our group of 14 had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun! The resort exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we made some wonderful memories during our four-day stay. The food was a major highlight—we dined at nearly all the restaurants, and every meal was delicious. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant, followed closely by the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant. However, securing reservations was a bit of a challenge, which was frustrating at times. One of our biggest concerns before arriving was food safety, especially after seeing numerous reviews about illnesses at many Mexican resorts. Thankfully, not a single one of us got sick, which was a huge relief. That said, we did notice some staff using the same tongs for raw and cooked meat on the grill, which was concerning. We also enjoyed nightly entertainment watching some highly skilled acrobatics! Overall, the resort provided an amazing experience for our large family, and we would absolutely return. With a few improvements in the reservation system and food handling practices, this place would be perfect!

Amazing! Everyone enjoyed. Variety of foods to choose from. safety was very important to us. Everyone felt comfortable, secure & safe. Would visit again !

My main complaints are for the service and instruction I experienced during my stay. We were told it is peak season (a week after Easter vacation) so they were being busy. After we checked in, no guideline/instruction were given. We did not know which restaurants require a reservation, how to do room service, the location of the activities. Therefore we missed a lot of chance to receive the 'ALL-INCLUSIVE' service. We were planning to join an activity, but we could not find it. We asked 3 staffs and finally one staff led us to the avenue. Similar situation happened many times, staffs are unsure about most of the things. In the restaurant, we ordered foods and they took us over 1 hour to arrive. We requested for drinks or utensils they just simply forgot. With the poor hospitality, I don't recommend this resort if you want to have peace in mind during the trip.

There many goods and a few bad things. 1. You can find food to eat anywhere when you get hungry. They have a good truck around the pool. The y have 6 restaurants, 3 of them you have to make a reservation. Reservation is very easy through the link appt from the hotel. 2. Some restaurants’s food are so good, some is nay. The stake house is not so good. La Luce is the best for us. 3. Pool are too small for that big hotel. 4. They have show and entertainment every night which is good. 5. All drinks all so good. Most staffs are nice and helpful. 6. The housekeepers didn’t really change well for our room, they at least change the bedsheet after a few nights. Overall is great. Our plunge pool is so small and shallow but good for little kid.

Weirdest experience. Booking went wrong and was downgraded. Trip.com handled is amazingly 👍🏾 Hotel service leaves a lot to be desired (putting it mildly). Mixup on booking was not resolved, cocktails are weirdly sweet and watered down and when you fail to reserve a restaurant (might be a hat’s up they want to provide) a response ‘no reservation, really?’ Is not something you expect. This might be a hotel that some would enjoy, but it’s not us.

¡Repetiría una y mil veces! El personal es muy amable y atento. La comida tanto del buffet como de la piscina es maravillosa. Recomiendo que en el buffet, tanto para el desayuno como para comer/cenar pidas tu bebida lo primero de todo porque al ser tan grande tardan un poco en servir. (Nada relevante, pero así cuando hayas elegido tu comida ya tienes la bebida en la mesa). Hay varios restaurantes que hay que reservar para comer/cenar pero te lo cuentan todo en el chek-in. La piscina cuenta con servicio de toallas sin sobre coste. Quizás las bebidas alcohólicas las ofrecería de mejor calidad, en vez de fruta fresca para los cócteles usan siropes y eso hace que sepan algo más artificial. Aun así, están buenos. Personalmente no me gustaron los de tequila. Está apartado de la zona hotelera así que si no tienes coche alquilado, te va a salir caro salir del hotel. Aun así no es un problema. Si necesitas salir, avisan a taxi y listo. Y por último y no menos importante, hicimos check-out a las 12 como marcan pero nuestro vuelo como salía en la noche, nos pusieron una pulsera “day-pass” que nos permitió seguir haciendo uso de las instalaciones comunes hasta las 17:00 horas con all-inclusive igualmente.

離開機場很近，15-20 分鐘即到。很方便。 可以住6 層或者7 層的高層，風景好。 海水簡直無法令人直視，很臟。但是確實也有人在裏面游泳。 游泳池人不少，不至於要到搶沙灘椅的程度，但是11點的時候 椅子已經全滿了。 餐廳食物很一般，最喜歡la Luce 意大利餐的披薩和蝦。 唯一可圈可點的就是kids club 和小孩玩的pool.
