There's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights. Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride. I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.

Booked this hotel for one night as it seemed convenient for an early next day flight— close to airport and price was right. We did not get an ounce of sleep. There were consistent banging noises, door slamming, and screaming all night to the point it was comical. We saw the next morning there is an exterior staircase and 24 hr store right behind. Room was relatively clean though but so many cleaning product fumes. If you want to actually rest, go somewhere else. Shuttle hours are also limited.

The parking lot is horrible almost impossible to get out and I scratched my car very small area to maneuver

Elevator did not work, shower door broken but has free shuttle from hotel to airport and free breakfast so its good for short fast flying stays.

No Hot water, for GBP 70 the room was not worth. Breakfast was terrible, stayed just one night.

Sumamente sucio. Es un asco encontrar esto en una habitación de hotel. La Televisión no funcionó, hice el reporte y vinieron a checarla pero no pudieron hacer que funcionara tampoco había agua caliente en la ducha. No volveré a este hotel y tampoco lo recomendare.

경유 때문에 한나절 잠시 묵었는데, 공항에서 우버가 잘 안잡혀서 이동이 굉장히 힘드니 차라리 버스로 센트럴로 가러 센트럴에서 저렴한 경유호텔을 끈는게 더 좋아 보입니다. 칸쿤 공항 특성인지 아니면 칸쿤 지역저체가 그런건지 우버를 이용하기가 쉽지않으니 경유 하시는 분은 이걸 고려하세요. 그냥 택시를 잡으면 엄청난 바가지로 호텔 비용만큼 탹시비가 듭니다. 거리는 차로 10분도 안걸리는데도 말이죠. 호텔 셔틀은 공항까지 오지않으니 그부분도 참고하세요

No es muy limpio, el servicio no fue el mejor. El hotel incluye el traslado al aeropuerto, sin embargo, sugiero confirmar el mismo dia de tu vuelo que si esté agendado, ya que en mi caso me dijeron que no tenían nada, aunque si reservé con varios días de anticipación. La ubicación es muy buena

這家酒店與平台展示的差的太多，承諾免費接送機根本沒有，標明除房費外入住時兩間房交50比索現金，結果入住時每間房收100比索，完全沒有誠信而言，建議平台不要和這種酒店合作，太坑人。離機場4.4公里打車要800比索，而且也不是comford的連鎖店。酒店設施陳舊，服務很差。

設施雖都一般，但衞生及接待也還可以。在坎昆算相對較便宜的酒店，有提供簡單早餐，有約車服務。門口有一巴士站，可達坎昆城，但語言不通無法乘坐。出門左拐約200米有個小超市，可以購些食物。右拐百來，有個加油站，加油站有擺攤的，賣飯的

Je ne comprends pas les avis que j'ai lu ... Je reserve cet hôtel au dernier moment suite à une péripéties, la chambre est propre, abordable, spacieuse. A l'intérieur une cafetière, de l'eau, et un nécessaire pour prendre soin de soi. La salle de bain est belle, la douche spacieuse elle aussi. Quant au petit dejeuner, c'est un buffet salé sucré à volonté, de bonne qualité, varie, et le service est souriant et agréable. A la réception, l'accueil est un peu plus froid mais très courtois (il y a beaucoup de passage). Quant à la navette, il y a des horaires pour en bénéficier, il suffit de s'organiser à l'avance avec la reception, et tout se deroulera au mieux. (Il y a des horaires a respecter) Je suis dans la navette de transport à l'aeroport en ce moment. Je reviendrai
