OTTIMO HOTEL - A POCHI PASSI DAL CENTRO - ECONOMICO - IL PERSONALE FANTASTICO SEMPRE DISPONIBILE- CAMERE COMODE E PULITE - COLAZIONE CON UN PO' DI TUTTO -TUTTO OTTIMO PER TUTTI - TROVATO TUTTI MOLTO GENTILI MI E' PIACITO MOLTO E MI SONO TROVATA MOLTO BENE.

Questo è un hotel espresso all'insegna dell'Holiday Inn. Le strutture ei servizi sono molto buoni ed è di livello a stella. Molti hotel in Europa sono molto vecchi, ma questo hotel è piuttosto moderno.

Il benvenuto che abbiamo ricevuto è stato grande.. Il personale è così amichevole e utile.. Il pranzo è stato bello e il colazione ha appena colpito il punto ... Sicuramente diremo di nuovo e diremo ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia circa il ramada.. Spero di restare di nuovo presto.. Grazie Ramada e al personale

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals,coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

La posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla, molto vicina all'aeroporto e al centro città, ed è molto comoda per viaggiare. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti, ma la qualità del servizio alla reception è altalenante. A volte non so cosa chiedere ea volte il problema viene risolto molto rapidamente.

Un posto molto tranquillo, c'è una certa distanza dalla città. Questo è un po'come un hotel familiare. Il giorno in cui vivevamo al terzo piano, abbiamo trasferito la scatola. Abbiamo tutti messo direttamente sull'auto. Dopo aver preso i bagni, è un po'inconveniente. E'anche inconveniente cambiare acqua calda e acqua fredda.

L'hotel era bello e pulito. Un po' sul lato costoso per le bevande. Il colazione era medio e costoso per la qualità. Il ristorante dell'hotel (la scala) era un livello completamente diverso. Il cibo era sorprendente. Soprattutto il bastone. Mia moglie aveva il pollo che era stato fatto perfettamente. Se stai andando in un viaggio tranquillo, questo hotel potrebbe essere per te. Se stai andando in un viaggio a Belfast City, allora è molto lontano dalla città. Circa 20 sterline in ogni direzione.
