Apply for a refund due to illness. The hotel refused to refund the money. Giving various excuses to say that they did not receive the refund request.

Hotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.

The service was terrible, the suite that myself and my son stayed in was grand but was not cleaned properly. There was a sweet on the floor and in my friends room the door was open with half eaten biscuits on the floor. My other friend said that the shower in there room didn't work. If you do stay here, I would highly recommend that you do not eat in the hotel. The service was incredibly slow and unfortunately the food was not even worth the wait. They leave the children waiting for their food until last which is very bad in my opinion. My son asked for a brownie sundae and burnt brownie came out on a plate with a tiny scoop of icecream and after I said it, I was looked at as if I had 3 heads and it came back out chopped up and scraped from the plate into a bowl, very pathetic. Then to top off a horrible dinner experience for us my friends son got food poisoning from his dinner. Breakfast was a bit pathetic looking, and looked like it was waiting there since the night before. There is much more that I could sat but honestly to sum it up it was just overall very disappointing and definitely not a what I would class as a 4 star hotel.

Khách sạn lớn, đẹp. Phòng tôi ở có cửa sổ lớn nhìn ra quang cảnh đẹp, gần công viên lớn. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Ăn sáng được, gần bến xe bus. Xung quanh không có nhà hàng, cách khoảng 2 km mới có 1 nhà hàng nhỏ

Un albergo di per sé bello ma con un grave problema di igiene! Arrivati in camera abbiamo iniziato ad aprire le valigie. Dopo qualche minuto vado in bagno ed ecco la sorpresa: il water sporco, ma sporchissimo. In camera troviamo anche biancheria intima usata!!! Ci cambiano camera senza assistenza al trasferimento bagaglio. La stanza gode di una pessima vista, ma pazienza. Il mattino dopo lascio fuori la porta il cartoncino per riordinare la camera. Al ritorno di sera trovo il letto rifatto ma la doccia non pulita. Camera superior in quattro stelle. Mah ....
