Hotel con piscina a Belfast

I booked a Premier Plus room for 8 nights. I did not receive the complimentary water / sweet treats / tea advertised. I had to go to reception daily to request water - I finally received water after 4 days. Secondly, I was overcharged in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved (by 3 different members of staff). I was also charged for someone else's meal and drinks despite dining alone. You have to request for your room to be serviced at reception which basically only includes emptying the bin and changing the towels. The bed is not made and no cleaning / hoovering is carried out. In the premier room the water is not topped up and sweet treats are not provided daily. You have to continuously ask Reception for water and then wait 4 days for it to be put into the room. Thirdly, the Reception area is often uncovered so you have to walk into the restaurant to find a member of staff. The only positives - the bed is comfortable and the location is good. I would only advise staying for the night and not bother paying for the premier plus upgrade. Some of the staff are friendly and professional, however, the majority are not.

Sono stato estremamente insoddisfatto di scoprire la mia prenotazione per lunedì 20 è stato cancellato e trasferito in un altro hotel che non volevo restare, ma sono stato disposto a riordinare la mia prenotazione. Ho chiamato la ricezione ibis a una donna molto brutta per organizzare la mia prenotazione, e lei ha detto che non aveva prenotazioni per il ventesimo. Pertanto. Continuai a dire al membro del personale che avevo fatto la prenotazione su booking.com, in cui la società che ha lavorato per aveva riordinato la mia prenotazione, ha appena risposto con cortesia “annulla la tua prenotazione online”, non ho chiesto di annullare volevo riordinare, Poi ho chiesto il numero dell'hotel che mi stavo trasferindo e lei ha detto che stavo solo cancellando il booking.com ALLAZZA, non pensavo che sarebbe stato difficile passare il numero dell'hotel che mi stavo trasferindo anch'io (che non era la mia colpa in primo luogo) . Ero così deluso, e certamente non voglio riordinare se è così che trattano i loro clienti.

Molto bel hotel con buon personale.Sono arrivato lì circa 10 AM e mi hanno dato l'hotel senza dire che il tempo di check-out è 3PM. Excelente servizio. Il bianco alla reception è stato davvero utile

Room decor feels a little dated however the bed was perfect and the breakfast selection was amazing. Great location to explore the city easily on foot and very friendly staff.

Buon pomeriggio, Sono stata in vacanza con amici e abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in totale, la stanza molto pulita e silenziosa. La colazione molto variegata con molta scelta, tutto lo staff e stato molto cordiale e disponibile alle nostre richieste anche con la barriera linguistica non indifferente, Fisnik suppongo un manager simpaticissimo, avendo avuto l'opportunità di comunicare in italiano 😀. Vorrei anche ringraziare lo staff che ci ha ospitato Lene,david,lenka,lyn,courney,phill,TJ,azuka,olivia e il manager del ristorante Tony che si è fermato a scambiare due chiacchierare durante la cena. Se mi capiterà di tornare a Belfast sicuramente torneremo qui e lo consiglierò!

Always choose this hotel. Staff are brilliant at reception. Last week it was Nadine and Marie who met us. Great greeting and professional service all round. Great for local amenities and entertainment. Will keep coming back. Breakfast is amazing.

Un hotel molto bello e interessante il servizio è abbastanza distinta avrei voluto qualcosa di più ma non posso definire, Come luogo è bellissimo tranquillo nessun disturbo l'ambiente è perfetta. Vicino a centro città e al porto di Belfast la camera e tutto buona condizione e pulito. Ect è da tornare mi è molto piaciuto. Il mio voto è un 7,5.
