Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

Hotel was great, and they had a world plug which came in very handy! the concierge were very knowledgable!

Good location, short walking distance to Victoria Square and City Hall. Roughly 10 min drive from train station. Clean rooms, great service. Pricing was reasonable. Walkable distance to public transportation to Titanic Quarter.

Far from a 5 star hotel. Reception had a very poor attitude during check in.

酒店唯一的優點就是位置不錯，出行方便。對於房間不滿意。採用了一些高科技技術，比如廁所門碰觸自動關開，但我們感覺反而晚上很吵，特意請前台工作人員幫我們取消這個功能。還有一點令我們的入住體驗不好，就是把我們安排在地下室的客房，感覺下面幾乎沒有其他客人。不知為什麼給我們很特別的對待。房間面積很小，甚至沒有足夠空間擺放行李。不推薦這家酒店。

設施：在網上看到這家有室內游泳池，但到店後被告知從來沒有。設施與廣告不符。而且房間不大。 衞生：非常好 服務：不錯 環境：地理位置優越，窗外景色絕佳。

位置佳，暖氣足，房間大小適中。每天有服務員送一小盒酒店自製巧克力🍫，酒店各類餐食齊全。衞浴用品及拖鞋質量好，非常不錯的入住感。
