Newly renovated hotel, good location near to jomtien beach and many services and restaurants around, friendly staff, definitely we recommend this hotel. The only concern we have is we hope they are more Muslim friendly in the food choices for the breakfast.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

Ottima pulizia. Un po' scomodo dover chiedere lo spazzolino alla reception, e non viene fornito il rasoio. Le ciabatte sono sandali normali, non usa e getta, il che è più ecologico. Già presenti zanzare, ma non ho visto alcun repellente. La colazione è piuttosto abbondante, un mix di cucina orientale e occidentale, e di buon gusto. È un hotel per non fumatori, e assolutamente vietato mangiare durian in camera. Il mio collega è stato multato di 1000 baht thailandesi per aver mangiato solo un boccone di durian. Al piano terra ci sono due piscine, dove molti stranieri prendono il sole. Peccato che il mio viaggio di lavoro fosse pieno di impegni e non ho avuto tempo di goderne.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. La vista e la piscina sono incredibili, lo consiglio a tutti! Quando abbiamo soggiornato non era alta stagione e la reception ci ha offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera, rendendo il nostro soggiorno super piacevole. L'hotel dispone anche di una navetta privata per trasportare gli ospiti dalla spiaggia alla strada principale, il che è piuttosto comodo.

Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is absolutely stunning and was one of the highlights of my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfasts — there was a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. There were just a couple of minor downsides. There were no separate power outlets near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient for charging devices at night. Also, the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

L'hotel si trova sulla costa, l'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto, c'è una colazione completa tra cui scegliere, e anche con un gran numero di ospiti non ci sono vassoi vuoti, vengono costantemente riforniti. L'unico inconveniente è che se vivi all'ultimo piano e quando c'è vento, il balcone non è sigillato, ci sono spifferi e c'è un ronzio. E anche una lunga attesa per l'ascensore...

Hotel carino, pulito e accogliente sulla Second Road e anche vicino alla spiaggia. Manca un ingresso diretto. Bisogna camminare e trasportare i bagagli pesanti su per delle scale ripide e attraverso un ristorante-pizzeria. Inoltre l'acqua della doccia non è calda!
