LK ha mantenuto e migliorato i suoi interni, le camere e i servizi, offrendo inoltre un valore aggiunto grazie alla sua posizione facilmente accessibile affacciata sulla strada che costeggia la spiaggia, con facile accesso alla via pedonale di Pattaya e ai principali centri commerciali. Ci torneremo sicuramente durante il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel all'inizio di novembre con il mio bambino di 8 anni. Mi è piaciuto tutto! Il check-in è stato puntuale e le nostre preferenze riguardo al piano e alla vista sulla piscina sono state prese in considerazione. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'edificio più vecchio. Piccoli inconvenienti – poco spazio nell'armadio e mobili un po' trasandati – non hanno influito sul nostro soggiorno. La cucina è dotata di un grande frigorifero, forno a microonde e stoviglie. La camera ha un letto di buone dimensioni con quattro cuscini e un materasso comodo, e c'è un divano letto (la camera corrisponde alle foto). Un giorno, il water si è intasato. Lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception e siamo partiti per un'escursione. Il problema è stato risolto al nostro ritorno. Nel complesso, il personale è stato molto cordiale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, non direi che ci fosse una vasta scelta, ma nessuno è andato via affamato e si può trovare qualcosa che soddisfi i propri gusti. Le piscine sono pulite – ho assistito personalmente alla loro pulizia serale. La posizione è assolutamente fantastica: a un paio di minuti dalla First e dalla Second Street, dai mercati, dai negozi, dai tuk-tuk – tutto è a portata di mano! Il centro immigrazione è vicino, quindi la strada è trafficata, ma molto tranquilla. Nel complesso, sono grato all'hotel per la sistemazione e il servizio. Sarei felice di consigliarlo ai miei amici!

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Le richieste di assistenza sono state ignorate o gestite con scarsa professionalità. Una buona ospitalità consiste nel far sentire gli ospiti rispettati e apprezzati, e purtroppo non è stata questa la mia esperienza qui. Sebbene le strutture possano essere accettabili, il servizio clienti è stato ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Non sceglierei di soggiornare di nuovo qui e non posso raccomandarlo, visti i modi in cui vengono trattati gli ospiti. Ad esempio, sono rimasto molto deluso dal modo in cui gli ospiti sono stati trattati durante la colazione. Il servizio colazione era previsto fino alle 10:30 e siamo arrivati ​​intorno alle 10:20. Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Along the beach, quiet area. Nice swimming pool, rooms are spacious. OK it's old but very clean. Lobby and restaurants area are very spacious too and easy to walk in/out. Entrance from sea side or city side. Smoking on balcony is allowed. Breakfast is very standard, nothing special. Food from restaurant is absolutely correct. At night, we can hear the waves from the balcony.

Really a good resort , we  love the room they provided to us . The room was really big and had a perfect view . The bell mens were really helpful , we are happy with the service provided by Mr Naing .The Exterior and the lnterior design of this hotel is very Beautiful , a real work  by the engineer.The lobby is Always busy , you need to get in the line to talk with them even thought they are 4 or 5 receptionist there . There is two swimming pool , and one more pool bar , where we had some good cocktail by enjoying  the music by that pool.

Hotel carino, pulito e accogliente sulla Second Road e anche vicino alla spiaggia. Manca un ingresso diretto. Bisogna camminare e trasportare i bagagli pesanti su per delle scale ripide e attraverso un ristorante-pizzeria. Inoltre l'acqua della doccia non è calda!
