FFLAVIA FAZANIThe hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel si trova perfettamente a un isolato dalla principale ****. È possibile sentire la musica trasferita dai bar vicini, ma non mi ha disturbato, si aspetta in un luogo come questo. Quando si accede, vi dà una TV a distanza e vi dica di non spostare il termostat. L'AC era fissato a correre tutta la notte e non aveva una funzione automatica, quindi è fatto per notti estremamente fredde.
La ragione per cui ho ridotto il rating è il servizio clienti. Voi siete forniti solo due asciugamani e non ci sono asciugamani a mano. Ho provato a chiamare il desk front, ma nessuno ha risposto alle 6 volte che ho chiamato. Ho dovuto scendere e prendere uno da me stesso dove mi è stato chiesto di firmarlo. Non molto. Tuttavia, il giorno dopo il custode ha preso questa tovagliola e non l'ha mai sostituita. Spero di non essere accusato di una tovagliola di mano piccola.

UUlaş YILMAZÈ un posto ben posizionato e protetto. Il cibo è fantastico e ce ne sono troppi tipi diversi. La piscina è bella. Ha solo bisogno di una spiaggia migliore. Non è per una vacanza al mare, ma altri sono davvero buoni.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

Pls improve house telephone response system.
Also there sud not be any rationing on drinking water and coffee pods
Only one coffee pod and limited nos of water bottles in a luxury resort is not expected !

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place.
Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

UUtente ospiteEra un albergo magnifico. Gli addetti alla reception erano molto accoglienti e molto attenti alle nostre esigenze. La nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. È stato splendido. La posizione è perfetta e la piscina è molto piacevole, né troppo fredda né troppo calda. Perfetto per il clima.
Utilizzerò nuovamente questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Playa Del Carmen.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile in una location così vicina al mare.
Non capisco i commenti negativi su questo hotel!

UUtente ospiteThe service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand
