Hotel con palestra a Playa Del Carmen

Abba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation. The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset! The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

Pros: very clean, staff are helpful and polite. The beach is beautiful white sand with turquoise water and palm trees for shade.  There are a lot of chairs around the pools and on the beach. The room was comfy, good beds and pillows. Great shower and bathtub.   The property is well kept. The are many activities, games and events organized.  CONS:  The food is average, generic and limited for vegetarians.  The restaurant menues are not a la carte. It’s a fixed menu.  The cocktail are way too sweet , except for David, it was impossible to get a good drink. The wine is dry but no choice not even to purchased. If you like an American diet with everything sweet and you want to hand by the pool and bar, you will be happy. If you want to rest on the beach, without having vendors bug you every 5 minutes plus  having to breathe cigarette smokes which is allowed all over the beach.   If you like decent food and enjoy a good cocktail and wine.  This place is not for you.

La posizione dell'hotel era davvero grande. E' solo una strada lontana da una strada molto vivace e alta, quindi l'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla durante il giorno. Tuttavia, la notte, durante i fine settimana, ancora si fa rumore fino alle 2:00. È solo a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia che era pieno di sargassum quando eravamo lì. La stanza era una buona dimensione nel letto era molto comodo. Usavamo anche la palestra che era abbastanza attrezzata e la piscina sembrava buona, anche se molto stretta. Il nostro soggiorno includeva il colazione, che era a la carte dove si sceglieva un piatto principale/persona e 3 bevande (che comprendevano solo caffè nero, succo e tè). Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l'ordine del colazione e il personale del ristorante ha maneggiato male, ma è stato finalmente risolto con il personale della ricezione, Alma, salito. Devo ringraziare Alma per essere così comprensiva e gentile con noi, ogni giorno durante il nostro giorno. Abbiamo anche avuto una questione di mancanza di qualche denaro, e credo che il direttore abbia gestito molto bene la questione; l'indagine, dandoci l'aggiornamento, tutto.

Great Stay at Riu Playacar We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-organized resort with spacious, quiet rooms (ours had no balcony, but it was fine). The minibar was a nice touch, and the bathroom was spotless. Highlights: ✔ Food variety – Multiple à-la-carte restaurants (dinner reservations not needed) and buffets with good lunch/breakfast options. ✔beach – Plenty of sunbeds but no umberalla so bring your sunscreen, though pools get crowded les sunbeds. ✔ Access to sister hotels – Party lovers can visit Riu Tequila’s club nearby. ✔ Convenient location – Mini-market across the street, and Playa del Carmen (5th Ave) is just a 150-peso taxi ride away. ✔ Easy airport transfer – ADO bus (250 pesos/person, 45-min ride + 5-min taxi 150 pesos next to ado turism station). Minor drawbacks: ✖ No elevators – Tough for guests with mobility issues. ✖ Entertainment hiccups – The host sometimes forgot to switch back to English after Spanish announcements. Perfect for: Travelers who want good value, variety, and proximity to Playa’s nightlife.

The customer service was truly amazing — we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with an oceanfront view, which made a huge difference. The buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, a few things to note: there are very pushy salespeople around the property who are constantly trying to upsell timeshares and spa packages. It’s understandable, but it did get a little tiring at times. The hotel is directly on the beach, but the beachfront isn’t ideal for swimming since it’s very rocky and shallow. You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time.

La proprietà era sorprendente, ti senti come se fossi in un paradiso nel mezzo della giungla. Il cibo era grande e il servizio era eccellente. Solo che alcune persone hanno avuto un po' troppo divertente nella piscina e hanno avuto incidenti che hanno fatto spostare tutti la piscina per la pulizia, ma ci sono altre piscine e lagoni che si possono rilassarsi per ripararla. Assicurati di provare i tacos di pesce al ristorante vicino alla spiaggia e il ristorante del tetto vegan è anche grande per colazione. Si prega anche di andare a XPLOR .... è così bene fatto ... e abbiamo avuto il più divertente lì. Ci dispiace andare a Xelha ... tu vai lì la mattina e sei rimasto fermo lì fino alle 4:00 dove come XPLOR puoi tornare liberamente. Ci dispiace non provare gli altri parchi che facevano parte del resort.

Pros - il personale è tutto meraviglioso. Il resort è stato recentemente rinnovato, quindi è in buona condizione.  Cons - il cibo non è grande... Io lo chiamerei mediocre divergenza sui poveri. Neanche i ristoranti a la carte erano grandi e chiamerei il sistema di prenotazione/processo di nastro rosso pazzesco per visitare i ristoranti a la carte di mettere fuori, divergenza su pazzesco.  Probabilmente non ritornerò per le ragioni sopra esposte, ma devo ribadire che tutti i servizi erano davvero carini e non c'è dubbio l'accento della visita.

Nel complesso, l'hotel era pulito, ma l'età dei servizi era evidente, con uno specchio del bagno sporco, un ugello della doccia che non funzionava e una pressione dell'acqua debole. C'era anche una festa al primo piano o sul tetto che è andata avanti fino a quasi mezzanotte, quindi la musica era alta e sono stato svegliato verso le 3 del mattino dal rumore continuo di sedie che venivano tirate giù dal piano di sopra. La colazione era buona il primo giorno, ma non altrettanto il secondo. Inoltre, non capisco perché mi sia stato addebitato un supplemento il giorno del mio soggiorno, nonostante avessi prenotato e pagato una tariffa che includeva la tassa di soggiorno. È facilmente raggiungibile, ma considerando il prezzo, è un hotel a 3 stelle.

Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

Molto meraviglioso, si può giocare direttamente al parco.Gli adulti e i bambini si divertono molto.L'ambiente è molto buono, il servizio è in posizione e le strutture sono complete.La prossima volta ci sarà l'opportunità.
