Hotel con colazione a Playa Del Carmen

Abba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation. The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset! The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

Pros: very clean, staff are helpful and polite. The beach is beautiful white sand with turquoise water and palm trees for shade.  There are a lot of chairs around the pools and on the beach. The room was comfy, good beds and pillows. Great shower and bathtub.   The property is well kept. The are many activities, games and events organized.  CONS:  The food is average, generic and limited for vegetarians.  The restaurant menues are not a la carte. It’s a fixed menu.  The cocktail are way too sweet , except for David, it was impossible to get a good drink. The wine is dry but no choice not even to purchased. If you like an American diet with everything sweet and you want to hand by the pool and bar, you will be happy. If you want to rest on the beach, without having vendors bug you every 5 minutes plus  having to breathe cigarette smokes which is allowed all over the beach.   If you like decent food and enjoy a good cocktail and wine.  This place is not for you.

My suggestion: Not ideal for couples. Best for girls trips/boys trips where you plan to party all night and stay in all day. Not the most relaxing place to stay. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

La posizione dell'hotel era davvero grande. E' solo una strada lontana da una strada molto vivace e alta, quindi l'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla durante il giorno. Tuttavia, la notte, durante i fine settimana, ancora si fa rumore fino alle 2:00. È solo a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia che era pieno di sargassum quando eravamo lì. La stanza era una buona dimensione nel letto era molto comodo. Usavamo anche la palestra che era abbastanza attrezzata e la piscina sembrava buona, anche se molto stretta. The customer service was truly amazing — we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with an oceanfront view, which made a huge difference. The buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, a few things to note: there are very pushy salespeople around the property who are constantly trying to upsell timeshares and spa packages. It’s understandable, but it did get a little tiring at times. The hotel is directly on the beach, but the beachfront isn’t ideal for swimming since it’s very rocky and shallow. You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time.

L'immobile è stato costruito nel 2017, ma come altre costruzioni in Messico è stato costruito frettolosamente e con materiali scadenti. L'usura e la scarsa manutenzione sono evidenti. Per quanto riguarda l'impianto idraulico, ogni notte dal bagno proveniva un forte odore di fogna. Quando i vicini facevano la doccia, si sentiva il rumore dell'impianto idrico molto forte. In generale, si trattava più di un hotel da 3,5 a 4 stelle, decisamente non da 5.

Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

E'un po'di distanza dal centro della città di Playa del Carmen, ma si trova in un luogo tranquillo.È molto conveniente raggiungere il supermercato a piedi. Penso che non ci sia comodità nella stanza, tazza o tazza di acqua un po'difficile.Basta.

Molto meraviglioso, si può giocare direttamente al parco.Gli adulti e i bambini si divertono molto.L'ambiente è molto buono, il servizio è in posizione e le strutture sono complete.La prossima volta ci sarà l'opportunità.
