The room had so many roaches I call the front desk an complained about it an I didn’t even stay 30 minutes ! An they wouldn’t give me a refund! I will never go their again!

It’s smells it’s nasty the appliance are old and dirty walls filthy tub filthy wringing and cigarettes burns everywhere. My daughter got sick

My original room, the door was broken so I was assigned the crime scene room minus the yellow tape. Blood on the carpet, holes in the wall..... the shower was not usable. I was exhausted and didn't feel like going through the motions of changing rooms again. The last change took about an hour. I kept my belongings close to me and just stayed in the bed until it was time to go. What a waste of money!!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. From the guy across the room repeating himself 5 times while I was in this little box trying to hear him through a tiny slit in the glass to the moldy, smelly, bloody, make up stained sheets, wet bed, and moldy bathtub! STAY AWAY!

Roaches. Mold. Terrible dirty in every corner. If you check in they will not refund. The photos in the Wyndham site do not even come close to the photos I took of room 103. I have actual photos of roaches, mold, and the refrigerator freezer frozen so badly that when it opened it would not close. Staff/owners know it’s this bad and they will not refund after you’ve checked in. The Wyndham site is at fault for this. They do not check the hotels they parent.

The biggest value detriment was the lack of advertised breakfast which I picked up at local McDonald's anyway. (It's better) Hi guys, you probably knew what was wrong with the room before I got in there, given how eager your staff were to enter my room with master keys while I was still leaving. On the plus side: I did have my own extra pillow and earplugs available to get a peaceful night’s sleep on the noisy interstate side of the motel. The room was spacious for me alone and pretty clean. I easily rinsed off the A/C filter which was not too dirty. The biggest inconvenience, as you know, was that the sink faucet was completely detached from the counter and had to be held in place to operate the handle. The fridge was almost half ice, so I turned it completely off to defrost it at checkout. Sorry to the next resident who will get a huge puddle of water when they open it. I had to use the fridge since the hotel provides no ice otherwise. Nor do they provide breakfast (in spite of “breakfast included” advertised). I don’t count a waffle maker with nothing to put on it as even toast. Don’t get me started on the mystery orange liquid stuff in a pitcher. The bedside was missing a lightbulb and the shower head loose and spraying all over in spite of tightening.

Avoid at all costs. This place is disgusting. My blowdryer broke in half while using it. Chair broke when my dad sat in it. Dirty sheets and filthy walls. My mom had a flea in her bed. I can’t stress how horrible this place was.

Never again will I stay here!!! The rooms were nasty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly much less sanitized! Yuck - there’s no telling what we were exposed to in these rooms that I spent good money for!!

The stay was absolutely terrible. The first room I had a smell of stale cigarettes that had permeated everything. The toilet kept running. The carpet felt dirty to the point of where I did not feel comfortable taking my socks off. The air conditioner did not work either. The fan would run but the air would never cool down. I had the room changed to what I thought would've been a better room but it was only marginally better. The carpet still had the same dirty floor as the previous room. The tile for the bathroom felt unclean to the touch. The deadbolt wouldn't lock. It didn't matter how much a tried to adjust the door, I couldn't get the deadbolt to latch. I could see daylight through the door gap. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not sure how old the mattress was but every time I moved around I could feel the individual springs compress. While I was there, I could not tell if the sheets were changed daily. The hotel advertised that they had breakfast but on one of the days, the breakfast was just coffee. The other days it was just a waffle mix. Sad and disappointing doesn't quite capture it. I know it is included but at least make an effort to have a choice. I will not be staying at a Super 8 or any other Wyndham hotel again. The experience was very off-putting.
