Hotel vicini a Monte Taal a Batangas

Siamo venuti qui per la seconda volta, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona, di fronte al Lago Taal, molto tranquilla. Fuori dall'hotel ci sono i catering Starbucks. Quando andava bene, ho dimenticato di fare le foto. altamente raccomandato.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

L'hotel è stato particolarmente bello in posizione, in ogni piano hanno fornitori d'acqua e è facile consumare l'acqua potabile , penso che sia un bene che mi piace, però le cose cattive che per i fumatori : non si può fumare all'interno anche se non si può fumare all'esterno dei locali dell'hotel, si deve andare a piedi sulla strada per fumare, penso che sia piuttosto rude, l'hotel almeno permette di fumare fuori dall'edificio dell'hotel. Se sei fumatore non venire

La nostra stanza è buona. La stanza è pulita ma la zona della doccia ha un po' di sporcizia visibile. Solo la piscina è stata scaricata perché non è riscaldata, rendendo difficile nuotare soprattutto alla notte e nei giorni pioviggine.

Abbiamo pernottato all'Anya Resort lo scorso giugno 2021. Ci siamo divertiti nonostante la delusione iniziale per la chiusura della piscina. Non vedevamo l'ora di nuotare e rilassarci in piscina. Avevamo un anziano e un minore nel nostro gruppo, il resort ha richiesto un test RTPCR. Abbiamo fatto la saliva RTPCR. La mia famiglia ha apprezzato le altre strutture del resort come la palestra, il mini tiro con l'arco, il batminton e il ping pong. Le camere erano molto moderne, belle, pulite, enormi e con una veranda! Il bagno era extra enorme! Dispone di 2 lavandini, doccia con getto a pioggia e vasca da bagno. Non c'era nessun contatto per il check-in e il check-out che venivano fatti nelle nostre stanze. Il servizio clienti è stato molto buono! Hanno soddisfatto la nostra richiesta di un tavolo all'interno della nostra camera dove possiamo giocare a mahjong di notte. Eravamo anche così felici che avessero il sungka, che ho chiesto di portare all'interno della stanza. La colazione era deliziosa. Era alla carta. Ci hanno persino offerto una cioccolata calda gratuita! Suggerimento: vai nei giorni feriali in modo che non ci siano molte persone. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all'Anya Resort. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio! A proposito, Trip.com ha offerto il prezzo più basso per questo resort! Grazie Trip.com!

Adorava la posizione dei ristoranti kasi malapit sa mga. La stanza giovanile di Malinis e odore buono anche. Amichevole e ospitante personale è anche un plus. L'unica cosa è il mediao mahina ung acqua ng doccia e walang riscaldamento ung piscina. Ma in generale abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. 😊

The place is very nice, One of the best experience we could have in staying in a hotel is having an excellent service from the staffs thats one of things we can always remember. better Keep it up.

È la mia prima volta a Solano Hotel, circa la 2a settimana di marzo. Il servizio clienti è fantastico! Tutti vi salutano con un sorriso più rispondono rapidamente alle richieste che assicurano le esigenze sono curate per i loro ospiti. Mi piaceva molto durante il mio soggiorno l'esperienza del tetto. Puoi vedere 360 gradi di vista di Lipa, con tutte le montagne vicine. La vista scenica ti dà una vista perfetta del sole, e naturalmente il senso di bonifica di pace mentale.

Viviamo qui molto felice.Ci sono una grande stanza (non c'è problema con dieci persone), i miei figli amano i loro letti.E'molto conveniente dove andare, proprio al contrario del Picnic Grove e del People's Park!Hanno una buona statua dell'Armata di Liberazione. Hanno anche servizi in camera, ma il servizio per la colazione è un po'di ritardo.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.
