Bapak a contro volontà di aiutare a portare il mio sapone quasi 20kg. Ho un shampoo di sapone e una TV a maglia dentale disponibile con canali locali. Il marchio AC aqua proprietario di sanyo, piuttosto lento, anche se il fan di tutta la velocità è stato scelto. Mi ci ha preso 1 ora per raffreddare me stesso. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. Voglio caricare video ma questa applicazione può caricare solo foto.

The room was nice and clean but the hotel provide 1 key so once you are out.. the room will be hot and stuffy…
It takes 1 hour plus to cool the room…
The toilet was spacious…
The breakfast average… the food was not replenished fast enough… this I think is management issues not ensure sufficient staff to meet the demand… the food handling no gloves so direct Hands on your food…
So you judge yourself to stay…

Io e mia moglie finalmente abbiamo prenotato e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di rimanere all'Hotel Harmoni One. Era un posto pieno di occupati e occupati prima dell'epidemia covid-19. Controllato in 5/May/2021 per un soggiorno ght. Grazie alla signora Rita, il personale di servizio frontale che ci ha aiutato a controllare la nostra camera e a garantire che le nostre esigenze siano soddisfatte. La camera è stata spaziosa, con letto di dimensioni reale, divano, mobili, mini bar, caffè/tea e caldaia d'acqua. È sorprendente avere un bagno ... quindi il bagno stesso ha quasi metà della dimensione della camera da letto. Tuttavia, abbiamo capito che questo hotel non è nuovo, così vecchio profumo di carpette è inevitabile. Internet è buono e forte. Room has TV cable with 40 local and foreign channels. Servono la colazione con il menu ala carta per il corso principale e frutta, e lasciano il pane/toast, succo, caffè/tea aperto per il servizio personale. Nasi goreng era buono e delizioso. Il personale in servizio e 1 allenatore di alta scala disponibili in loco per aiutare. La piscina e il centro fitness al 6° piano sono aperti 9AM-6PM, ma non ci siamo provati perché questo posto non sembra essere ascoltato da nessun personale. Grazie per l'esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel e auspicate al personale e al personale di mantenere il loro spirito alti in servizio durante questa condizione di prova.

We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.

Service and staff were very friendly and approachable, even for my mum who doesn't speak fluent English, they were all kind and friendly towards her. There were knocking noises randomly above the ceiling, and the staff is kind enough to arrange us for another room. Appreciates the help.
Only two issues which I find it annoying, first I saw guest in their tshirts or even non-swimmers use the swimming pool to soak their feet, and two of them even ”play” in the pool without proper swimming attire. Well, I use the swimming pool (and gym) at the hotel and intended to use it, so when I saw the family with improper attire at the pool during my breakfast, made me change plan. I meant soaking their feet at the pool... and i had to swim in it. Besides, the painter has been there for 2 days? Smelling turpentine during swimming after every stroke.. can be quite unpleasant. Gym facilities are good, and had quite a crowd compare to other hotels ive been to. However, I guess the air-conditioning of the room can be better, as the weather are getting warmer, the heat can be strong after an workout.
What I really like is the play room for children, and the view in the morning. Breakfast is good, lots of varieties.

We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

UUtente ospiteQuesta sera è la nostra ultima notte qui a Eska. Va bene. Acciaio, asciugacapelli spesso (alcune di hotel hanno asciugacapelli molto sottili), asciugacapelli. A/C funzionava bene. Mini frigo era ok. Non cosi' freddo. Nessun odore funky nella stanza e nella camera da bagno, pulito. Lobby è pulito. La squadra di manutenzione era grande.Anche il piatto di colazione era buono. Il letto non era cattivo ($40+, sì). Solo i piatti tu. Io trovo abbastanza abitabile. Haha. E il Kepri Mall è permanentemente chiuso. Quindi, il suo piccolo silenzio. Suggerisco di ottenere una carta prepagata per i dati* ottenere una Gb più grande, se ti piace guardare Netflix o video*. Solo in attesa. Ehi! Siamo arrivati venerdì pomeriggio, connessione Wifi, TV era tutto a posto. Ma quando siamo tornati quella notte prolly circa 10pm ish. non c'è connessione Wifi fino al prossimo mng. Ma ora, 12.38am, Sat notte. Wifi era buono. Idk sia la connessione o cosa. Ho appena usato i miei dati ieri 😅 per navigare su Internet. Non abbiamo provato il bagno qui, perché avevamo il nostro normale massaggio altrove. E c'è un ristorante al tetto. Molto bello. Ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di sedersi lì, come la pioggia. Sì. In generale, vale la pena di stare. Solo la cosa Wifi.

MMindelaiFirst, hotel is good as it’s near Batam centre. Hotel is very good theme for photo shoot. Use Gojek to call for car in Batam. Grab doesn’t work here. For hotel amenities, water heater is not on, has to inform the hotel counter to on the switch. The shower head is not very good for my room. There’s cigarette burn marks on my bedsheet. The hotel is near the main road so it’s very noisy around mid night. Overall, hotel facilities not bad.

UUtente ospiteNon so nemmeno come iniziare ... in generale, il personale di servizio era molto amichevole. Sapevamo che l'hotel era vecchio, quindi ci aspettavamo il peggio, ma abbiamo avuto una stanza nuovamente ristrutturata e che era bello. Ma la rigenerazione si sentiva incompleta con una serie di problemi / mal fatto, e strane cose come una rack di sapone da doccia molto rustico (perché è chiaramente nuovamente ristrutturato, perché è rustico???).
Le strutture sono dotate di un asciugacapelli, 2 bottiglie e pacchetti di caffè e tè. Niente in minibar. La stanza era spaziosa, ma la cassaforte era spogliata e troppo piccola (difficilmente può mantenere il livello iPad piccolo). C'è solo una porta chiusa e nessuna catena di chiusura extra sulla porta.Voglio dire, non mi sentivo insicura, ma allo stesso tempo sapevo che non era davvero sicura.
L'acqua si è trasformata un po'marrone per circa 3 minuti la prima notte (suppongiamo che si sia russato?) ma non si è più presentata dopo. Il drenaggio era buono, ma può essere migliorato. I tovaglioli erano tinturati e le lame non erano ingranaggiate.
È al di là di una scuola, quindi aspetta un po'di rumore se resti al mattino nei giorni di settimana.
C'era anche un frigorifero d'aria nella stanza che si è spostato ogni ora (per letteralmente ogni ora per tutta la notte), ma sono abbastanza sicuro che non c'era niente in frigorifero d'aria.
La parte più strana era l'esterno dell'hotel - non la proprietà dell'hotel stessa, ma la strada che l'ha portata fino a lui. Sembrava completamente abbandonata e come se potesse crollare in qualsiasi momento.
In generale - non rimarrebbe di nuovo, ma se non c'è altra scelta, può farlo. Pagato circa 160 dollari per 3 notti.

Following afternoon I extended the stay through Traveloka for another night. Pros: Bed is comfortable, check-in process was quick, spacious bedroom, cold air conditioning CONS: Shower water heater did not work properly. Called the front desk and they said they'd follow up / call back (we waited hours and decided to just use the cold water shower). I found a disgusting wrapping paper from a used condom under the curtains (careless housekeeping, did not clean the place thoroughly). Bed sheets had weird yellow stains. Wi-Fi is super slow and continuously disconnects from your phones. Before check-out time, there was no courtesy call from the front desk bothering to ask if we were checking out or extending the stay. WITH my room on DO NOT DISTURB, the staff came in front my door knocking loudly and quick not stating even which department they were from or what purpose they had coming in front of the door. Also, on the day I extended the stay, I also had the DO NOT DISTURB sign shown but the staff proceeded to ring the doorbell to make up my room in which I asked them to come back at 3PM since I was leaving at that time; they told me ”sure, but 3pm is the only time we can come back since there will be no other staff to clean after as we'll be going home” thank you fyi ☺️ At check-out, (around before 1pm) the front desk staff did not bother asking for feedback and just gave me my deposit and I checked out. Another thing, to go to the motorbike parking area, you have to go behind the hotel where it is all muddy and dirty, they wouldn't allow you to park closer despite having the parking space COMPLETELY EMPTY. Small advice, please kindly train your staff to read the DND signs and what not to do when it is SWITCHED ON. And if you say you want to follow up on something and call us back, ACTUALLY DO IT. Prevent your guests from waiting too long. I will attach the photo of the wrapping paper from the used condom on this review. I'm unable to mention any of the names of your staff as NONE wore their name tags.

UUtente ospiteDefinitely a budget hotel but with no much decor . We arrive in the room and the sheets were dirty . The towel are grey , as supposedly been white though they smell ok . Stain a the wall , some small beetles in the shower, the AC dripping and room card key used maybe a thousand time . It was filthy. Over price for what you get . Nevertheless our last night people were in the corridor all afternoon talking loud . Definitely one time and no more .
