Great location, great hotel and clean room. However, there are mosquitoes in the room and the sheet has some stains despite having been washed.

Theme hotel, the environment is good, the room is large and comfortable.Suitable for a family to live in.But the swimming pool is not taken care of, it is very dirty and dangerous.Not recommended.

Hotel 01 Batam is the most unique Hotel, Interesting n very different from the norm.Egyptian theme decor with beautiful painting on the wall .Day time looks so bright n is great for Instagram photos. Nite time mysterious n so serene. 2nd stay there n is highly recommended as staff are pleasant , place very clean n is also reasonable.Location wise very good 5 mins Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall. Worth a visit to this unique hotel.

Service was impeccable! The staff is approachable and they are all very nice. The room was big as well! And they have these sockets for all types of adaptors which is a great help for all tourists! The only problem was my room got lots of mosquitoes and the bed also got bed bugs. I hope the management will take action with this cause the staff are already doing a great job!

This is the 2nd time i have visited this hotel, I like about the hotel is the location is near to the one batam mall and within walking distance to the ferry terminal. I enjoyed my swimming in the pool, the water quality has improved a lot, there's no more rusty smell during my first visit. I also want to specially compliment the front desk staff who are extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. I have enjoyed staying with the hotel and will come back again in the future.

Price is worth. Toilet need some maintenance. Overall worthy to stay.

Nice place to nearest to batam centre ferry terminal. Walking distances approx 7 min.

Difficult to get food..we have working to mega Mall Batam center

First, hotel is good as it’s near Batam centre. Hotel is very good theme for photo shoot. Use Gojek to call for car in Batam. Grab doesn’t work here. For hotel amenities, water heater is not on, has to inform the hotel counter to on the switch. The shower head is not very good for my room. There’s cigarette burn marks on my bedsheet. The hotel is near the main road so it’s very noisy around mid night. Overall, hotel facilities not bad.

I had been change 3 times room in 3days. Day 1 - Broken door, have gap (can see inside room from outside) Day 2 - Change room. Heavy rain outside, back to the hotel after complete tour, found a mattress and other nearby to bed all soak with water. Room cornice in wet condition. Day 3 - Change room. All the while, the bathroom was very smelly (all rooms). The heater is poor and needs to reduce water pressure too low for getting a hot shower. I will not come again to this hotel and would not recommend it to others also.

Hotel location and outside decorations is great but rooms are needed to be more clean especially toilet have bad smell and the aircon is not good enough in standard rooms. Over all it is acceptable for a budget hotel.

Good place to stay and worth for your money to stay here.
