Top class cleanliness. Well equipped amities. Room looks exactly like photo. Location is a bit far from downtown. But they have shuttle bus for prime location (Free of charges). They can also pick up from location (check schedule in photo). Very much recommended for all type of travelers. Pool with fantastic view. Bread shop have promotion after 6pm. Breakfast is top class. Well equipped GYM. Much more to say.

Great ,here is always my best choice .quite distance from crowded, only the matter is food .we need to order grab food or else take grab go to center city. Everything is good here

Staying in Executive Suite. Very spacious and awesome for family to stay. There are 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Living room has a TV and master bedroom has one as well. The TV in master bedroom has youtube which is awesome for my kids. Maybe the apartment hotel can consider upgrading the living room TV as it does not have youtube function. The bed are comfy and hot water for shower available. The fridge items all are complementary for one time. Location will take around 15 to 20 mins car ride from Batam Ferry Terminal. There is a mini mart supermarket and an eatery shophouse just across the road of the apartment. Service staffs are friendly and Recommended for family to stay.

Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night. Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too. Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk. Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change). Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free. According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2). Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year. Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too. If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

It is a family trip and this is the first time to be this city and this hotel. It was ok. 7 /10

We had a wonderful stay at Panbil Apartment, We got the facilities and amenities of Wyndham Hotel. All staffs are polite. Had welcome drinks inside the Fridge FOC. The Buffet breakfast are also superb, not the same menus everyday. The Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet was also extravagant at an affordable price. Theres also Free Shuttle going to Malls and vice versa. I only suggest the Management to put iron and ironing clothes inside the executive suites and also please provide Bathrobes too. Overall still highly recommended and would love to come back again with my family. Thank you.

It’s my second time staying at Panbil. The staff remembered my name at check in and greeted me every time I pass by the lobby. Even though there were many guest this weekend, the staff always remembered my name. They also attended to my needs whenever I called room service quickly. Highly recommended!!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, very good for group hangouts in Batam, location is good and can oversee the forest, security is good and can be relied. Confirm will book this service resident again next time.

This serviced apartment truly offered excellent value for money. We got so much more space and amenities than a typical hotel room for a lesser price! The only slight minus was its distance from the city center, about 20-25 minutes by private hire. However, the beautiful scenery more than made up for it, offering a truly peaceful escape.
