Location is nice as it was near to international ferry terminal. people are nice and the room is also spacious. room has dryer. but they were unable to put shampoo and conditioner. There is always room for improvement, I hope they can check little details like that. We also forget my fiance’s mini electric razor.

Is near to one batam shopping mall. Price cheap just the room facilities no maintenance and shower water not hot

Surrounding was not convenient except near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. That’s all🤷♀️ No Breakfast included at all.

Location and service is fine, just need to improve on the cleanliness of the bed. Overall is quite a decent stay with the price paid.

What a worst hotel and so many bad people outside the hotel, not easy for using grab and gojek in this hotel. Just look for another place to stay. They realy make me and my family not safe for stay in this hotel, while we want to use grab car or gocar they push us tonuse lokal taxi that more expensives. The hotel also let the local taxi driver for threaten us as the guest of the hotel and make our family not feeling safe to stay at this hotel.
