Per quanto riguarda la tua prima preoccupazione sul deposito di 300 euro sulla carta di credito, tieni presente che potrebbe volerci del tempo prima che la tua banca rilasci l'autorizzazione dopo il check-out. I tempi esatti possono variare a seconda delle politiche della tua banca, ma puoi star certo che l'hotel ha rilasciato la nostra autorizzazione subito dopo la tua partenza. Per quanto riguarda il problema con il minibar, ci scusiamo sinceramente per l'inconveniente causato. Il nostro team si impegna a mantenere elevati standard di pulizia e servizio e ci dispiace che la tua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto le nostre solite aspettative.
