JJasonChanjjLa stanza è ancora molto buona nel suo complesso. Il suo stile globale è ancora più raro nel Land. Inoltre, l'hotel è davvero lontano da Puggie. Dopo tutto, sull'isola, ha la sua auto-consegna veloce, ma oltre le 7:45 di notte, pagherai la tua auto-consegna veloce (1000 t) e poi 25 km dal porto di Ao Po a Xiaoxie (1000 t) sono inconvenienti per abbandonare prenotazioni. In altre parole, non c'è un servizio cinese. A mio parere, è semplice dire che non si chiama servizio cinese.Il ristorante non è ricco, il menu è un grande problema, non c'è un quadro cinese, così tanti cinesi sono venuti a qualche parola di spezie rari, suggerendo di migliorare! E'diverso che sei uscito sull'isola una volta. Perche'non fai del cibo un po'divertente?Anche un po'divertente?Aggiungi le strutture di gioco sul mare? Non c'è nessuna struttura di giochi marini da fare...Il spa è davvero molto comune, non può essere comparato nemmeno in strada. Non può essere chiamato hotel di acquacoltura?Se vuoi acquacoltura, devi fare il spa?Non è molto consigliabile, tranne il paesaggio!

GGattsuo NJHotel molto carino sul lato nord dell'aeroporto, ci vogliono circa 20 minuti in auto per raggiungere l'aeroporto. È relativamente facile raggiungere le Similan. La camera è pulita e la colazione è una colazione occidentale standard e molto ricca. C'è anche una bella lucertola grande sul prato dell'hotel, che non ha affatto paura delle persone. Il personale della reception parla correntemente l'inglese e ha una pronuncia accurata, facilitando la comunicazione. Tutto il personale è molto gentile, ma l'hotel è un po' isolato, quando esci sul sentiero di notte, è buio e puoi vedere il cielo pieno di stelle. Tutto il resto va bene.

LLamKatyL'hotel Noku offre una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e della comodità, essendo vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni per famiglie, come la teleferica, lo spettacolo dei delfini, lo spettacolo delle tigri, il parco divertimenti degli elefanti e il centro commerciale Central, raggiungibili in 20-30 minuti (a pagamento).
Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e cordiale, la piscina principale e il design architettonico in stile giapponese moderno e zen sono eleganti.
La colazione è stata piacevole, con cibo delizioso e una vista meravigliosa e mozzafiato (e non affollata).
L'Embrace (l'unico ristorante) serve piatti occidentali e thailandesi di altissima qualità a un prezzo ragionevole.
L'unico commento negativo è che la piscina della villa è piuttosto piccola e non so con quale frequenza venga pulita.
Offrono massaggi per bambini dai 6 anni in su, il che permette ai genitori di godersi i massaggi contemporaneamente.
Questo è un hotel sottovalutato.

AAdelineGraceland Phuket è uno splendido resort con una vegetazione lussureggiante e giardini ben curati che creano un'atmosfera rilassante. Le piscine sono spaziose e accoglienti, perfette sia per famiglie che per coppie. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e ben tenute. Il meglio di tutto, il resort offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia, rendendolo un luogo ideale per godersi sia la natura che il mare.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times.
The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation.
There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step.
The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed.
There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked.
On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile.
Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza al Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole perfetta per una via di relax. La selezione del colazione era eccellente, con molte opzioni deliziose per iniziare il giorno.
Ho anche davvero goduto di passare del tempo al club, dove gli ospiti possono godere di bevande e cibo gratis guardando il bellissimo sole un momento così memorabile!
Un ringraziamento speciale a Name Sky sul desk front , che ha fornito un servizio eccellente con professionalità e calore durante il mio soggiorno. Apprezzare veramente l'ospitalità da tutta la squadra. Altamente raccomandato resort per sia rilassamento e grandi esperienze.

JJessy ♥️Scuola nuova e pulita, il personale si prende cura di te. E' nel vicolo. Non vicino alla strada Ci sono molte stanze da ospitare. Ci sono anche tour, molti stranieri e una varietà di colazione. All'inizio ho informato che stavo chiedendo un letto matrimoniale, ma si è rivelato essere un letto singolo. Ho informato il personale e hanno spostato il letto e ci hanno messo un coprimaterasso per trasformarlo rapidamente in un letto grande è pulito, con asciugacapelli, sapone, shampoo, articoli da toeletta e pantofole.
Lo svantaggio è che il flusso d'acqua non è molto forte, ma non è male e c'è solo un piccolo parcheggio.

SSarahJhNon avrei potuto chiedere un miglior alloggio. La mia stanza e la mia vista erano eccellenti. Il personale è più che utile e il bus gratuito è brillante. May sulla ricezione è stato sorprendente. La cena è davvero buona e il colazione gratis che si è sprecato per la scelta. Ho fatto un giro di sollevamento del sole, che è gratuito, con Tiki. Era duro andare, ma valeva ogni passo. Tiki era sorprendente e guardava per me stesso inadatto ogni passo. Avrei fortemente raccomandato questo hotel, mi sentivo rilassato e ripristinato e non dovevo andare. 11/10.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
