Hotel pet friendly a Phuket

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione: a pochi passi si trova la spiaggia di Nai Yang, dove è possibile praticare attività acquatiche e trovare un'ampia scelta di ristoranti. L'hotel è anche vicino all'aeroporto. La piscina era un po' sporca, con alghe verdi visibili e macchie. Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo, è considerata un buon hotel. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per tre persone, ma c'era solo un letto king size, il che potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Il personale ci ha suggerito di aggiungere un altro letto, ma abbiamo visto che il materasso che ci avevano dato era macchiato (c'erano grandi macchie rosse su tutto il materasso) e le macchie erano visibili attraverso le lenzuola, quindi non l'abbiamo usato.

We really loved our stay at Ideo Phuket. The staff were super friendly and welcoming -we arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but they kindly gave us our room right away. There’s a lovely dog living at the hotel, which made the atmosphere even warmer. The room was bright, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is great, there’s a massage salon just across the street, a supermarket a little to the left, and the beach is only about a 7-minute walk away. The room even had a microwave, and the hotel gave us a cute tote bag as a gift. if you skip cleaning, they leave bottles of water by your door instead. The Wi-Fi was excellent, probably the best I’ve had among the four hotels I stayed at in Thailand. And the small green garden around the property adds a really cozy feeling. Totally recommend staying here! 🌿

Bel resort, grande piscina, personale cordiale, negozi e bar raggiungibili a piedi, le camere hanno odore di muffa e polvere, la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è debole.

Accolti calorosamente dal personale con un'enorme noce di cocco in attesa del check-in. La camera era arredata con gusto (su richiesta) e l'intera villa era piuttosto pulita, con solo una o due mosche. Ho apprezzato molto la vasca/doccia con corrente forte e acqua calda costante. La piscina privata era relativamente pulita e il personale era davvero cordiale. Gli addetti alla reception parlano un buon inglese e la colazione a buffet offriva una varietà di piatti (asiatici e occidentali) con qualche variazione nel menu ogni giorno. Sebbene l'esperienza nel complesso sia stata positiva e ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo a Phuket, la posizione può essere piuttosto fuori mano (circa 30 minuti dal centro storico di Phuket). Se non si dispone di un mezzo di trasporto proprio, sono disponibili noleggi di biciclette/moto/auto in loco a prezzi convenienti e navette per alcune destinazioni.

Molto piaceva la posizione, l'hotel vicino all'intersezione di due aree. In accesso pedonale, le spiagge di Kata e Karon. Molti camminavano, guardavano la città, molti ristoranti, negozi e in generale, infrastrutture sviluppate. L'intero giorno piovoso è stato trascorso in una piscina panoramica sul tetto. Era molto atmosferico. Voglio esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Da l'incontro aereo ai fili ci siamo circondati da preoccupazioni. Sentiamo di dire ”come casa”)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Raccomando molto di prendere un trasferimento dall'hotel. Tutti erano veloce, comodi, nessuno era in attesa da nessuna parte, il volo era molto tardi, ma ci aspettavamo. Non ho dovuto correre per cambiare i dollari all'aeroporto a un cattivo tasso. Tutti pagavano in ufficio, in cambio risparmiò il 10%. Non ci sono denunce negli appartamenti.

Hotel molto bello con un piccolo mercato notturno situato fuori e molti altri mercati notturni. Anche la navetta a chiacchierare la vecchia città si ferma fuori e c'è solo tutto quello che ti serve a piedi. Hotel è solo un po 'invecchiato.

Somebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And I had many online meetings so I appreciated that. The pools are nice but busy and beware of hornets at the rooftop. The room is generally quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours talking or coughing. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is weird and has low water pressure while the sink has extremely high pressure for some reason. Also lots of ants around. The balcony faced construction so it was quite loud from 7am until about 10pm. Would be nice to have some chairs and a drying rack on the balcony. Not sure why this room didn’t have one. I saw other balconies with this. There’s a lovely restaurant with a nice view. The food I ordered was good, except the breakfast (that was terrible). It’s also far from everything so you need a bike for sure. Overall this place has potential, but needs more attention to details.

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

Nel complesso è stato fantastico. Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Era in una posizione perfetta, proprio di fronte a Patong Beach, sulla traversa di Bangla Street. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. C'era anche acqua gratuita. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

ไปถึงค่อนข้างเย็นแล้ว น้องบริการดี พูดเพราะ มีอุปสรรคนิดหน่อยกับเรื่องคีการ์ด แจ้งน้องพนักงาน น้องรีบมาแก้ไขให้ ห้องใหญ่กว้างขวาง สะอาด สมกับราคา เราได้ห้องหมายเลข14 สำหรับ 3 คน ห้องน้ำโดยเฉพาะผักบัวอาบน้ำชำรุด ทำให้น้ำไหลไม่แรง แถมน้ำมีหยุดไหลบางช่วง ต้องโทรแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ แต่ก็ได้รับการแก้ไขทันที สรุปทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราอาจจะ เจอแจ๊กพ็อต เอง
