Hotel di design a Phuket

We stayed at 1BDR pool villa, and happy to have Gam as our butler. She is sweet and taking great care to us like friend. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday, we love the variety and taste of food, especially the thai soup noddles! We had Tea and Happy Hour in The Club. We loved the snacks and drink in HH more(maybe we are not sweet favour), choice of snacks is not as much as other IC, but are signature. Choice of drinks served alcohol lover~ Staff are cheerful, no matter who you met in the resort. Buildings are beautiful and remarkable! We slept very good for 3 nights with cosy beds and good room temperature, almost no mosquitoes disturbed . only minor cons to remarks: 1. floor in bathroom area is slippery even it is dry, a bit dangerous. 2. temperature of fridge is too high, drink is not cold enough. To conclude, I will certainly back to IC if I revisit Phuket :)

Adoro questo hotel! È vicino all'aeroporto e lontano dalle altre località, ma non è una questione per me, perché posso semplicemente prendere un po' di gratta/bolt. Il servizio era davvero buono, il colazione dell'hotel era decente, e si trova vicino alla spiaggia di Nai Yang che è davvero tranquillo con alcuni bellissimi cibi anche lì. La stanza era grande e bello!

Pullman Arcadia is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is great! The entire staff, waiters, reception, drivers and cleaners are very friendly! The rooms are clean and spacious! The hotel offers a luxury stay for anyone looking to enjoy Phuket. There’s a lot of options for breakfast, including freshly squeezed juices. Dinner has a variety of western and Thai dishes. He bar area during the day can improve with the drinks and snacks order. They seemed to take more time than reasonable. The hotel is still a 10/10

Lo adoro davvero qui! Posizione: La spiaggia di Nai Harn, relativamente lontana, ha sabbia fine e onde dolci. Sono presenti soprattutto europei e americani. Anche il numero è vivace ma non rumoroso. Si può andare al mare per prendere il sole e mangiare i negozi sulla spiaggia È una bella vacanza; Rapporto qualità prezzo: Essendo arrivato a fine ottobre il prezzo per due notti era inferiore a 2500. Quando sono arrivato in hotel mi è stato detto che ero invitato a fare l'upgrade, sono rimasto molto contento. Dato che il volo partiva alle 23:00 del giorno del check-out, la reception ha anche chiesto all'autista l'orario di riconsegna e ha organizzato in modo proattivo una stanza libera per noi per lavarci e riposare. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo supera le aspettative ed è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo; Servizi in camera: come mostrato nella foto, la camera di categoria superiore si trova nella posizione migliore all'8° piano, con un'ampia terrazza e uno scenario imbattibile. Le strutture sono tutte disponibili e sono dotate anche di un mini golf putt, che è divertentissimo😆 Servizio: tutto è fantastico, il servizio è proattivo ma non pretenzioso. La valutazione finale è: la prossima volta che verrò a Phuket per le vacanze, devo tornare e restare per 2 notti. Questo dovrebbe essere il miglior riassunto.

Questa volta ero molto nervoso all'idea di prenotare Catatani. L'ho cercato su xhs ed era nero e rosso! Dopo averlo sperimentato davvero, la sensazione ha superato le aspettative! Prima di tutto, l'ambiente è invincibile. Kata Beach è proprio fuori dalla porta. Le onde sono buone e puoi nuotare e fare surf nel mare ogni giorno! Kata è nel complesso molto tranquilla. Girate a destra quando uscite e troverete ristoranti, 711, ecc., il che è molto comodo; Anche le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone; Per quanto riguarda la questione della discriminazione contro la Cina di cui parlano molte persone, l'abbiamo sperimentata noi stessi e non esiste assolutamente una cosa del genere! Il 90% delle persone nell'hotel sono bianchi e ci sono pochissimi cinesi (fine aprile) I camerieri che ho incontrato avevano atteggiamenti molto buoni. Durante il compleanno di mia madre, l'hotel è stato molto premuroso, l'ho scoperto e le ho regalato una torta! Ho inviato un'e-mail in anticipo e ho prenotato il terzo piano! Nel complesso punteggio perfetto, ci torneremo la prossima volta!

Posizione: Molto vicino all'aeroporto, Maikao Beach, che significa molto per il traffico terribile a Phuket. 5 minuti di autobus a un shopping e ristorante piazza ogni poche minuti. Correte o noleggiate una bici da un hotel vicino a un lago. zona tranquilla spiaggia. Mangiare: Uno dei tre ristoranti (menu thailandese e bambini) è davvero buono.Il buffet per colazione è così, ma si consiglia di provare tutti i tipi di uova. Club per bambini: un po' stanco che non può competere con il club med mini club. Tutte le altre attività e la piscina sono così piccole e stanche. Se si guarda un posto tranquillo, è una buona scelta. Se si ha un giovane ragazzo di energia, non andare là. Servizio: tutto perfetto! P.S. È anche un massaggio selvaggio vicino alla spiaggia dell'hotel, il prezzo è ragionevole e ha anche un servizio di capelli piatti come ogni altra spiaggia dell'hotel.

Apprezziamo molto l'ospitalità del personale di Sinae Phuket. Sono molto amichevoli, disponibili e parlano bene l'inglese. La stanza è nuovissima e l'atmosfera generale è piacevole. Apprezziamo molto che abbiano organizzato una decorazione speciale per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Ci piace davvero il soggiorno. Sicuramente tornerò di nuovo!

My first time on Tripadvisor to share some disappointments about the level of services I received upon check-in at this so called ”5-star” hotel. - I am Thai but live abroad. I came home to Phuket to visit my friends and family and chose to stay here to get a holiday feeling while in my home place. - I drove to the resort myself, and came in right past the security box but no one came out to help guide me to where to park or tell me about the lobby location as the lobby is not in an obvious place. - There's a sign pointing to the lobby but the road is very steep and not an easy drive up - I drove right up to the lobby, jumped off the car and came inside the lobby (still with no human contact up until this point) - At the reception, there were two staff there, with no smiles on their face looking busy counting the money. My friend had to say hi to get their attention. - The check-in process was fast and easy but we were disappointed as there were no cold towels nor welcome drinks provided. (I thought this was something to be expected at a 5-star hotel). - The check-in was done within 2 minutes, and we were provided with a room key card but no other information was provided i.e. breakfast time & location and facilities around the hotel. We had to ask for this information as we walk to our room. - There were 4 bottles of water in the room but they were left out of the fridge so none of them are cold and ready to drink. In the 30+degree heat, cold water is something very common in hotel rooms in my opinion and experience staying in hotels in Thailand. - The bed is big but the mattress is very hard and not comfortable. - We're in the room for the past 40 minutes and the air conditioning does not feel anywhere near cool when it was set at 18 degrees. Overall we are very disappointed with the check-in and services at the lobby as both myself and my friend did not feel welcome. The room is another disappointment, no cold water in the room, a hard mattress, the pillows feel cheap and the air conditioning does not get cool. None of our experiences so far feel like any other 5-star hotel we have stayed in before. I would definitely not return here again in the future or not recommend this place to anyone.
