Ottimo
CChristoRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

UUtente ospiteI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

33920****Il servizio alla reception è cordiale e disponibile, con il personale che saluta proattivamente gli ospiti e risponde rapidamente. La posizione è relativamente tranquilla e costa circa 200-500 Baht thailandesi prendere un taxi per le attrazioni turistiche. Si trova nello stesso complesso di un'area residenziale ed è quasi completamente russificato, con pochissimi turisti cinesi. Questo rappresenta una sfida per la conoscenza dell'inglese dei turisti, poiché ci sono dipendenti che parlano russo, ma non è questo il punto principale...
1. Il sistema delle chiavi magnetiche della camera ha un bug, consentendo un massimo di due schede. Se ne hai più di due, anche quelle originali non funzioneranno.
2. Il filtro dell'acqua può contenere un massimo di sei bottiglie. Se ne hai di più, non entreranno.
3. La camera non viene pulita ogni giorno; lo è ogni due giorni.
4. La presa di corrente accanto al letto aveva un contatto scadente ed è stata riparata due volte. È stata sistemata entro mezzogiorno, altrimenti ricaricare sarebbe stato scomodo.
5. Alcuni interruttori di alimentazione sono allentati e la porta scorrevole fa rumore. Gli ospiti con il sonno leggero dovrebbero fare attenzione.
6. E, cosa più importante, c'è un grave difetto di design nella biancheria da letto. Il materasso è più piccolo della struttura del letto e sia io che i miei familiari siamo stati colpiti più volte dalle gambe del letto alle ginocchia. Ho persino avuto un grosso bernoccolo, ma si è sgonfiato il giorno dopo aver applicato una borsa del ghiaccio.

UUtente anonimoAnche se la costruzione dell'hotel è molto bello e nuovo, il servizio è davvero necessario migliorare. Quasi tutti i membri del personale erano lontani e non hanno fornito un tipo di servizio a cinque stelle. L'arrivo di compleanno è stato onorato, grazie alla squadra. La piscina è stata molto bella e le attività sono state variabili. Riforma il personale per raggiungere la qualità di un hotel 5-star

Cibo: eccellente. La colazione era fantastica e ho mangiato al ristorante principale due volte 😊. È un po' lontano da ristoranti e minimarket in città.
L'hotel offre un servizio navetta gratuito per il centro città tutti i giorni.
Ci sono anche molte attività. L'unico inconveniente è: cosa sono quegli edifici incompiuti? Influiscono sulla vista e sull'estetica generale.

JJessy ♥️Scuola nuova e pulita, il personale si prende cura di te. E' nel vicolo. Non vicino alla strada Ci sono molte stanze da ospitare. Ci sono anche tour, molti stranieri e una varietà di colazione. All'inizio ho informato che stavo chiedendo un letto matrimoniale, ma si è rivelato essere un letto singolo. Ho informato il personale e hanno spostato il letto e ci hanno messo un coprimaterasso per trasformarlo rapidamente in un letto grande è pulito, con asciugacapelli, sapone, shampoo, articoli da toeletta e pantofole.
Lo svantaggio è che il flusso d'acqua non è molto forte, ma non è male e c'è solo un piccolo parcheggio.

IIrynaKAs I extended my stay at this hotel, I would like to add a few comments to my previous review, which you can find here on Trip.com. My first review gives a more detailed impression of the room and the hotel overall.
During the extended stay, there was renovation work in the room next to mine. The door was often left open, the area looked quite dirty, and there was noticeable noise from the workers talking and working, which made the stay less comfortable.
I also mentioned at the reception that my birthday would take place during my stay. While I did not expect anything special, even a small symbolic gesture would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment, which felt like a lack of attention to returning guests.

SSarahJhNon avrei potuto chiedere un miglior alloggio. La mia stanza e la mia vista erano eccellenti. Il personale è più che utile e il bus gratuito è brillante. May sulla ricezione è stato sorprendente. La cena è davvero buona e il colazione gratis che si è sprecato per la scelta. Ho fatto un giro di sollevamento del sole, che è gratuito, con Tiki. Era duro andare, ma valeva ogni passo. Tiki era sorprendente e guardava per me stesso inadatto ogni passo. Avrei fortemente raccomandato questo hotel, mi sentivo rilassato e ripristinato e non dovevo andare. 11/10.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
