Fantastico
DDC005If you prefer a quiet resort and still enjoy Thai food + good massage…this is the place. Not crowded.
Friendly staffs and I’m impressed that some staffs speak very good English.
4 of us enjoyed the food in the resort so much that till now back in SG…we still think about it *better than the food we ate in Bangkok restaurants n I’m not even joking* I have got to mention here their PIZZA was so delish!!!
Only cons is travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Vala Hua Hin takes 3 hours :(

UUtente ospiteSi è sentito confortevole e benvenuto dal primo giorno che abbiamo controllato all'hotel. Era durante il periodo di Natale occupato, ma il personale dell'hotel era molto paziente e orientato al servizio. Le strutture erano molto amicali, che il nostro toddler amava assolutamente. La colazione era ben diffusa e il servizio in camera era attento a tutte le nostre esigenze.

UUtente ospiteOverall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing.
1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask.
2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean.
3. Hairdryer was broken.
4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself.
5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes.
6. There was no Netflix.
Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

1.) Room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm.
2.) Housekeeping not done well. Bedsheet was not tucked into the bed
3.) Towel not clean
4.) They moved all house guests to thai restaurant for breakfast. Didn't like the place. Small and food not refilled fast once run out. Used plates on table was not cleared fast. It was due to wedding events. Unfortunate and disappointed. The photo I attached was breakfast on first day. Nice ambience but not 2nd day. Didn't enjoy my stay.
Didn't expect the cleanliness fall below my expectation for dusit thani brand.

La linea per Moo-Ping è troppo lunga e il turnover di tavola richiede così tanto tempo. Buona ma non vale la pena di pagare.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

PPinyapatPros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store.
Location is very convenient with parking.
Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4) ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.
Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

UUtente ospiteI love this place so much ! You can see the whole sea view from your room. Nice place with a good price and a good vibes. About the hotel service & operation, Overall is good but there’s still some point to improve. The receptionist needs to be more professional when you communicate with the customer. It’s the main station that customer will received satisfaction but i can feel it just a little. Hope your operation will be more stable. I truly admired staff who work in the hotel’s restaurant also the porter. Thank you so much for working with a good service mind.

ZzobeeSono già andato per il 2 ° round. Nel primo turno andare sabato è stato molto bello. Il ristorante è aperto fino alle 11. C'è uno schiuma party e attività adatte ai bambini. Ma questa seconda volta era un giorno festivo che cadeva lunedì. Il ristorante chiudeva 1 ora prima del sabato, quindi non abbiamo potuto fare colazione anche se avevamo già pagato. È triste, ma il personale di servizio era buono. C'è anche un cinema da guardare. Un'ampia piscina può vedere il mare. Mi piace questo posto. Il balcone protetto sembra un po' vecchio. Se migliorato sarebbe molto buono. L'alloggio è vicino al mare, ma non si può fare il bagno, ci sono molte meduse. e le onde sono molto forti Ma in hotel c'è la sabbia che i bambini possono raccogliere e con cui giocare. Tutto sommato, ok.
