RRobaa Binti YusofShiva e il suo team ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente. Hotel nuovo ma con una vasta esperienza. La posizione è vicina a Thamel ma senza rumore. Accanto alla spa per massaggi, pedicure e parrucchiere. Anche vicino al cambio valuta. In breve, qualsiasi cosa desideriate la otterrete con il team di Tulsi. Vi assisteranno senza alcuna esitazione. L'ospitalità nepalese è la migliore!

We had a truly pleasant stay in Pokhara at Magnificent Hotel. The location is excellent — close to Phewa Lake and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxing.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay. The space feels bright and welcoming, and housekeeping keeps everything neat and fresh each day. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind.
The staff made a strong impression with their kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with directions, transportation, or local recommendations, and their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.
Another highlight is the peaceful environment and lovely views around the property, which add to the relaxing experience. Whether you’re visiting Pokhara for sightseeing or simply to enjoy the scenery, the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base.
Overall, Magnificent Hotel offers great service, a convenient location, and excellent value. A very enjoyable stay — highly recommended for travelers visiting Pokhara! 🌄

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un soggiorno incredibile e ho prolungato altre due notti. Il GM e il personale sono super utile e orientato al cliente. La stanza è spaziosa. Il yoga mattina è incluso e l'insegnante di yoga maschile è fenomenale. La pratica di yoga è all'interno del monastero. L'ubicazione è un altro vantaggio. È passeggiata a piedi dalla Boudha Stupa che mi permette di camminare lì poche volte al giorno. Nel contempo, è in una fine tranquilla morta. Infine, potrebbe essere utile per qualcuno che desidera disabilitare digitalmente perché il wifi non funziona troppo bene . Solo un server si trova vicino alla scala nel mio edificio. Se la vostra stanza è lontana da esso, il segnale è ovviamente problematico.

Dal momento che sono arrivato, il personale mi ha reso veramente benvenuto, il processo di check-in è stato semplice ed efficiente, e mi ha salutato con sorriso caldo e bevande fresche. La mia stanza era senza spot, bellamente decorata, e offre una vista stupenda ogni dettaglio era pensato per conforto e rilassamento.
Le strutture dell'hotel superavano le mie aspettative. Il buffet di colazione era eccellente, con una vasta selezione di opzioni fresche e aromatiche per adattarsi a ogni gusto. L'equipaggio di custodia ha mantenuto tutto perfettamente durante il mio soggiorno. Apprezzo anche l'atmosfera tranquilla e l'eccellente connessione Wi-Fi, rendendola ideale per il tempo libero e per il lavoro.
Il livello di accoglienza è quello che separa questo hotel. Tutti i membri del team sono andati sopra e oltre per assicurarmi che io abbia un piacevole soggiorno da consigliare attrazioni locali a assistere con il trasporto.
In generale, questo hotel combina lusso, comfort e cure autentiche nel modo migliore possibile. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visita la zona e non posso aspettare di tornare presto!

CCostantino85Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything.
The only downside — and I’m sorry to say this — is the nightclub next door, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Every night, the music went on from the evening until five in the morning. The hotel management should consider taking action regarding the nightclub, as it significantly affects guests’ ability to rest.

CChuanxilaolvLa stanza è molto più piccola del previsto e anche il bagno ha qualche margine di miglioramento. Può darsi che gli stessi prodotti in Cina siano di un livello più alto e la colazione non sia così ricca come in Cina. Ti sentirai meglio se sei preparato mentalmente. Non ho grandi aspettative per l'ambiente urbano di quella città, considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo dei negozi circostanti, è abbastanza buono, quindi ho dato questa valutazione.

Sono stato molto grato che quando ho avuto un problema, lo hanno risolto immediatamente quando li ho contattati e anche il ristorante al 7° piano era delizioso. Era una stanza con vista sulla città, e la grande finestra lasciava entrare molta luce solare, e il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda funzionavano bene. Era così caldo e confortevole, e strutture convenienti, negozi, farmacie, bar, lavanderia, ecc. si trovano proprio nelle vicinanze, quindi lo consiglio👍 Se vado a Thamel la prossima volta, voglio effettuare di nuovo una prenotazione. UUtente ospiteThe room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it.
Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out.
At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service!
Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on.
I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw!
Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome.
All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return.
As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?
