Fantastico
GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

UUtente ospiteMy recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved.
As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience.
In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns.
On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet.
The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining.
Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

TTippyToesIl soggiorno a Hampton per 3 giorni e la sua esperienza è stata buona. L'hotel è stato bello e pulito con personale amichevole.
Shampoo di buona qualità, condizionatore, corpo e lavatrice a mano sono disponibili.
L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato dove si può camminare 2 minuti di cammino verso la stazione Europa bus.Tutto e ovunque è stato molto accessibile con molti ristoranti e bar verso l'Università della Regina.
La colazione era ragionevole, dove avete una buona scelta, ma a differenza di alcuni hotel dove ci sarebbe una scelta più grande, ma per me era sufficiente. Ho tuttavia assistito ad alcune antiche molto sgradevoli di alcune persone che si trovano all'hotel, dove non sembrano avere norme di igiene con i cibi.
In generale, l'hotel è stato un'ottima esperienza, Belfast è stata una città fantastica da visitare, che superava le mie aspettative perché era molto pulita e amichevole con un'atmosfera estremamente fredda.

MMAMZIl centro di Belfast è un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare nel cuore della città. È un accogliente personale, una camera pulita con una vista eccellente. Attualmente uno dei migliori posti per soggiornare nella zona. Solo la questione non era di poter parcheggiare in hotel prenotato, ma offrono uno sconto per un parcheggio lungo la strada.

HHMolto bella soggiorno, la camera è super grande e offre tutto quello che si deve. Il check-in è stato anche semplice e si può prendere una birra gratuita dal frigorifero. Il bar situato sotto l'hotel non ha nemmeno ricevuto niente, quindi per noi era un 10/10

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is newly opened. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated with a modern contemporary vibe. The rooms are great, spacious and spotless. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It is in easy walking distance just 5 minutes from the City Hall. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel.

LLisaLA lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.
