GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city.
We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

MMAMZIl centro di Belfast è un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare nel cuore della città. È un accogliente personale, una camera pulita con una vista eccellente. Attualmente uno dei migliori posti per soggiornare nella zona. Solo la questione non era di poter parcheggiare in hotel prenotato, ma offrono uno sconto per un parcheggio lungo la strada.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre,
When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us.
The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

UUtente ospiteMy recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved.
As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience.
In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

CCiara HGreat overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy. Stayed in a river view room and the view over Belfast was lovely.

LLisaLUn bel hotel in una posizione molto grande con personale amichevole e utile, ma c'erano così tanti piccoli negativi che l'esperienza complessiva era deludente. L'ascensore non era in servizio, quindi doveva usare le scale. Fortunatamente non un salto alto, e io ero al primo piano. Un grande e ben decorato stanza è stata rovinata da unità di aria condizionata e di estrazione proprio fuori dalla finestra, che ha fatto una notte alta e inquieta. Il vetro congelato sulle finestre lasciava la stanza insopportabile. Il nero mollato nel bagno, il grande crack sulla parete e i tappeti sporchi non hanno aiutato. Nemmeno il letto male fatto e i vestiti rigidi, che dovevo cercare e trovare squarriti in un caveau nel cassetto - e uno aveva una grande tintura nera su di esso. Wi-Fi era molto buono ma non c'erano porti USB / tipo C di carica. La TV era piccola rispetto alla dimensione della stanza e continuava a perdere il suo segnale. Ho notato anche un candelabro, ma credo che questo sarebbe potuto accadere in qualsiasi momento. La colazione era anche deludente, anche se la salsa era deliziosa e illuminante. Anche loro hanno fornito una piccola opzione gratuita di glutine, ma non sono sicuro se il pane GF e il latte non lattiero-caseario sono sufficienti in e per sé. L'hotel richiede un rating 4* e per questo avrei almeno aspettato un servizio da tavola da tè/caffee. Invece, ho preso il caffè da una macchina per il caffè, e il caffè stesso era molto forte, in quanto non poteva essere bevuto. Infine, mentre parlava con il personale, si è reso evidente che il prezzo del viaggio, che presumibilmente includeva un enorme sconto, era in realtà molto superiore al prezzo standard per una stanza con questo hotel.

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

UUtente ospiteL’appartamento era grande, molto pulito e in una buona posizione. Solo il problema era che non mi sono reso conto finché non sono arrivato l’altro era che dovevo depositare un deposito. Penso che questo avrebbe dovuto essere parte dei dettagli quando ho prenotato. Mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato messo solo come un importo in attesa, ma mi è stato imputato.
