Gli appartamenti erano bellissimi, ma non andranno mai più a controllare 7 giorni fa ancora non hanno ricevuto il mio deposito, non mi è stato detto del deposito finché non mi sono accolto, Mi è stato detto che era un pre-autorizzazione e avrei ottenuto qualche giorno dopo che ho controllato al check-out mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato 2 settimane (da una persona diversa) 7 giorni dopo non è rimborsabile e gennaio e le fatture devono essere pagate in modo che non sono felice! Mi è stato anche detto che dovevo pagare per il parcheggio al check-in di nuovo niente sul sito web. Una vergogna cercando di ottenere soldi dalle persone dopo aver già pagato per il viaggio. Potrei anche aggiungere che ho scritto circa il deposito 4 giorni fa E nessuno in appartamenti sognati di rispondere al mio email capisco in dettaglio è occupato ma 4 giorni dopo non rispondere quale scherzo non consiglierei mai questo posto per rimanere mai a nessuno

Siamo arrivati tardi venerdì, circa le 10:00, e siamo stati molto stanchi di scoprire il volume della musica che viene suonata nella zona di foyer/bar, ma abbiamo controllato facilmente e abbiamo dato un piccolo sacchetto di carta con sacchetti di tè, caffè e latte. Ci sono 4 piani e la nostra stanza era al piano 3. La stanza era certamente piccola, poiché la cabina dell'ascensore ha preso essenzialmente una grande parte della nostra stanza. Questo, purtroppo, significava che ogni volta che qualcuno usava l'ascensore, abbiamo sentito le voci e la commedia di Belfast che giocavano quando si arriva al pianoforte. Ho chiamato la ricezione e ho chiesto quando la musica è stata svolta fino a - e mi sono stato detto alle 1:00. Vergogna come volevamo dormire e tutto ciò che potevamo sentire - e sentire. La basso era così potente che poteva sentirla 3 piani su! Non mi sbagliare - è un hotel che si rompe in un posto grande - ma non restare qui se vuoi dormire di buona notte.È davvero un hotel di festa. Il servizio era buono e il personale era carino.

Un hotel molto bello e interessante il servizio è abbastanza distinta avrei voluto qualcosa di più ma non posso definire, Come luogo è bellissimo tranquillo nessun disturbo l'ambiente è perfetta. Vicino a centro città e al porto di Belfast la camera e tutto buona condizione e pulito. Ect è da tornare mi è molto piaciuto. Il mio voto è un 7,5.

I booked a Premier Plus room for 8 nights. I did not receive the complimentary water / sweet treats / tea advertised. I had to go to reception daily to request water - I finally received water after 4 days. Secondly, I was overcharged in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved (by 3 different members of staff). I was also charged for someone else's meal and drinks despite dining alone. You have to request for your room to be serviced at reception which basically only includes emptying the bin and changing the towels. The bed is not made and no cleaning / hoovering is carried out. In the premier room the water is not topped up and sweet treats are not provided daily. You have to continuously ask Reception for water and then wait 4 days for it to be put into the room. Thirdly, the Reception area is often uncovered so you have to walk into the restaurant to find a member of staff. The only positives - the bed is comfortable and the location is good. I would only advise staying for the night and not bother paying for the premier plus upgrade. Some of the staff are friendly and professional, however, the majority are not.

The location is nice and there is an Iceland store in opposite which is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoy our holiday being stay here! If next time I go to Belfast, I will choose it again! It’s really value of money!

Andare in arena per un concerto ha deciso di rimanere qui perché era accanto all'arena. Arrivato @ 2.45 e disse di aspettare in bar perché non potevamo check-in a 3 o ci sarebbe stato pagato 10 sterline dopo aver capito che il parcheggio della macchina durante la notte sta facendo un piccolo Fortune. Aspettato fino a 3 per check-in e un big que e solo 1 gent sul desk. La sua mente non era al cliente.Le camere molto sbarrate dovevano essere spostate.La seconda camera non dovevano cambiare i tappeti migliori e Lino come la grubby e Fred cammina non lavato come caffè in tutte le pareti. Continuano a avere tende da doccia. Non c'è niente nella stanza per dirvi di colazione e pranzo, ecc... mobili molto basilari. E un letto a rotelle con tinture su di esso. Non scusate questi giorni, perché ci sono cose chiamate puliziari e puliziatori di vapore. Nessun wee tocca come sapone o pennelli E carta. Molto povero in questo giorno e con tutta la concorrenza a Belfast. Cibo commestibile ma non gusto. Ascensore lascia solo 2 persone in un momento . Volevo davvero un bicchiere d'acqua carina, ma ero troppo spaventato per telefonare, perché lo stesso uomo della ricezione era tutto il giorno e dovevamo aspettare 10.30 per ottenere degli asciugamani extra. Non saremo mai tornati.
